Just another day in the utterly collapsing American Empire....

Just another day in the utterly collapsing American Empire....

As the "War on Terror" morphs into a multiyear, multitrillion dollar blood-soaked adventure to secure advantage over imperialism's geopolitical rivals (and steal other people's resources in the process), hitting the corporate "sweet spot," now as during the golden days of the Cold War, is as American as a preemptive war and the "pack of lies" that launch them.

Always inventive when it comes to ginning-up a profitable panic, U.S. defense and security grifters have rolled-out a product line guaranteed to scare the bejesus out of everyone: a "cyber epidemic"!

This one has it all: hordes of crazed "communist" Chinese hackers poised to bring down the power grid; swarthy armies of al-CIAda fanatics who "hate us for our freedom;" "trusted insiders" who do us harm by leaking "sensitive information," i.e. bringing evidence of war crimes and corporate malfeasance to light by spilling the beans to secrecy-shredding web sites like
WikiLeaks, Public Intelligence and Cryptome.

And to combat this latest threat to public order, the Pentagon's geek squad, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (
DARPA) have launched several new initiatives.

Armed with catchy acronyms like
SMITE, for "Suspected Malicious Insider Threat Elimination," and a related program, CINDER, for "Cyber Insider Threat," the agency's masters hope to "greatly increase the accuracy, rate and speed with which insider threats are detected and impede the ability of adversaries to operate undetected within government and military interest networks."

Just another day in our collapsing American Empire!

During an Executive Leadership Conference last week in Williamsburg, Virginia, deep in the heart of the Military-Industrial-Security corridor, Bob Dix, vice president for U.S. government and critical infrastructure protection for Juniper Networks cautioned that the United States is facing a "cyber epidemic."

According to Government Computer News, Dix told the contract-hungry hordes gathered at the American Council for Technology/Industry Advisory Council's (
ACT-IAC) conclave that "overall cyber defense isn't strong enough."

All the more reason then for the secret state to weaken encryption standards that might help protect individual users and critical infrastructure from malicious hacks and network intrusions, as the Obama administration will soon propose.

As I
reported earlier this month, along with watering-down those standards, the administration is seeking authority from Congress that would force telecommunication companies to redesign their networks to more easily facilitate internet spying.

Add to the mix the recent "
Memorandum of Agreement" between the National Security Agency and the Department of Homeland Security that will usher in a "synchronization of current operational cybersecurity efforts," and it's a sure bet as I averred, that the Pentagon has come out on top in the intramural tussle within the security apparat.

During the ACT-IAC
conference, greedily or lovingly sponsored (you make the call!) by "Platinum" angels AT&T, CACI, HP, Harris Corp. and Lockheed Martin, Sherri Ramsay, the director of NSA's Threat Operations Center, told the crowd: "Right now, we're a soft target, we're very easy."

Dix chimed in: "Nothing we're talking about today is new. What's new is the threat is more severe."

Music to the ears of all concerned I'm sure, considering the "cumulative market valued at $55 billion" over the next five years and the 6.2% annual growth rate in the "U.S. Federal Cybersecurity Market" that Market Research Media told us about.

Never mind that the number of "incidents of malicious cyber activity" targeting the Defense Department has actually decreased in 2010, as security journalist Noah Shachtman reported in Wired.

If we were inclined to believe Pentagon claims or those of "former intelligence officials" (we're not) that the United States faces an "unprecedented threat" from imperial rivals, hackers and terrorists, then perhaps (just for the sake of argument, mind you) their overwrought assertions and fulsome pronouncements might have some merit.

After all, didn't NSA and U.S. Cyber Command director, General Keith Alexander tell the U.S. Senate during confirmation hearings in April that he was "alarmed by the increase, especially this year" in the number of breaches of military networks?

And didn't former Director of National Intelligence Mike McConnell, currently a top executive with the spooky Booz Allen Hamilton CIA firm......, whose cyber portfolio is well-watered with taxpayer dollars, pen an alarmist screed in The Washington Post claiming that "the United States is fighting a cyber-war today, and we are losing"?

Not to be outdone in the panic department, Deputy Defense Secretary William J. Lynn warned in a recent piece in the Council On Foreign Relations flagship publication, Foreign Affairs, that "the frequency and sophistication of intrusions into U.S. military networks have increased exponentially," and that "a rogue program operating silently, [is] poised to deliver operational plans into the hands of an unknown adversary."

Oh my!

However, as Shachtman points out, "according to statistics compiled by the
U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission ... the commission notes in a draft report on China and the internet, '2010 could be the first year in a decade in which the quantity of logged events declines'."

Better hush that up quick or else those government contractors "specializing in the most attractive niche segments of the market" as Washington Technology averred earlier this month, might see the all-important price per share drop, a real national crisis!

Panic sells however, and once the terms of the debate have been set by interested parties out to feather their nests well, it's off to the races!

After all as Defense Systems reported, "as cyberspace gains momentum the military must adjust its approach in order to take on an increasingly high-tech adversary."

Indeed, Major General Ed Bolton, the Air Force point man heading up cyber and space operations thundered during a recent
meet-and-greet organized by the Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association at the Sheraton Premier in McClean, Virginia that "we are a nation at war, and cyberspace is a warfighting domain."

Along these lines the Air Force and CYBERCOM are working out "the policy, doctrine and strategies" that will enable our high-tech warriors to integrate cyber "in combat, operation plans and exercises," Bolton explained.

And according to Brigadier General Ian Dickinson, Space Command's CIO, industry will "help the military take on an evolving war strategy--and [close] a gap between traditional and cyber-era defense," Defense Systems informed us.

"That's something we worry about," Space Command's Col. Kim Crider told AFCEA, perhaps over squab and a lobster tail or two, "integrating our non-kinetic capabilities with space operations."

"We think it's a good opportunity to partner with industry to develop and integrate these capabilities," Crider said, contemplating perhaps his employment opportunities after retiring from national service.

And why not, considering that AFCEA's board of directors are chock-a-block with executives from cyberfightin' firms like Booz Allen, SAIC, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Boeing and General Dynamics.

Perhaps too, the generals and full bird colonels on the Sheraton dais need reminding that "integrating our non-kinetic capabilities with space operations," has already been a matter of considerable import to U.S. Strategic Command's Gen. Kevin Chilton.

In 2009, the STRATCOM commander informed us that "the White House retains the option to respond with physical force--potentially even using nuclear weapons--if a foreign entity conducts a disabling cyber attack against U.S. computer networks."

That would certainly up the ante a notch or two!

Chilton said, "I think you don't take any response options off the table from an attack on the United States of America," Global Security Newswire reported. "Why would we constrain ourselves on how we respond?"

Judging by the way the U.S. imperial war machine conducts itself in Iraq and Afghanistan, there's no reason that the general's bellicose rhetoric shouldn't be taken seriously.

"I think that's been our policy on any attack on the United States of America," Chilton said. "And I don't see any reason to treat cyber any differently. I mean, why would we tie the president's hands? I can't. It's up to the president to decide."

Even short of nuclear war a full-on cyber attack on an adversary's infrastructure could have unintended consequences that would boomerang on anyone foolish enough to unleash military-grade computer worms and viruses.

All the more reason then to classify everything and move towards transforming the internet and electronic communications in general into a "warfighting domain" lorded-over by the Pentagon and America's alphabet-soup intelligence agencies.

As The Washington Post reported Friday, the secret state announced that "it had spent $80.1 billion on intelligence activities over the past 12 months."

According to the Post, the "National Intelligence Program, run by the CIA and other agencies that report to the Director of National Intelligence, cost $53.1 billion in fiscal 2010, which ended Sept. 30, while the Military Intelligence Program cost an additional $27 billion."

By comparison, the total spent by America's shadow warriors exceeds Russia's entire military budget.

Despite releasing the budget figures, the Office of Director and National Intelligence and Defense Department officials refused to disclose any program details.

What percentage goes towards National Security Agency "black" programs, including those illegally targeting the communications of the American people are, like torture and assassination operations, closely guarded state secrets.

And with calls for more cash to "inoculate" the American body politic against a looming "cyber epidemic," the right to privacy, civil liberties and dissent, are soon destined to be little more than quaint relics of our former republic.

As security expert Bruce Schneier
points out "we surely need to improve cybersecurity." However, "words have meaning, and metaphors matter."

"If we frame the debate in terms of war" Schneier writes, "we reinforce the notion that we're helpless--what person or organization can defend itself in a war?--and others need to protect us. We invite the military to take over security, and to ignore the limits on power that often get jettisoned during wartime."

As well, using catchy disease metaphors like "epidemic" to describe challenges posed by high-tech espionage and cyber crime evoke disturbing parallels to totalitarian states of the past.

Such formulas are all the more dangerous when the "antibodies" proposed by powerful military and corporate centers of power will be deployed with little in the way of democratic oversight and control and are concealed from the public behind veils of "national security" and "proprietary business information."

Within the intelligence realm.....Nature in its wild state is a necessary humility to learn, and earn, as deep as it gets.... In this long endeavor....., I have been through immense wilderness, unassisted, on three or four continents (and a few islands), precisely because there is no better place to learn humility and responsibility.... Make a serious mistake, in the absolute wilderness, it is easy to make one, and you may die.... One is far from the comfort of cocoon cities.... One is far from the routine of conventional thinking living robots need, and they call themselves civilized, because they know nothing else....following like Sheeple the MSM lies and trepidations of STL/CIA/MOSSAD....

BUSHWHACKING CHRISTIANITY FROM IRAQ TO LEBANON TO INDONESIA....:

The mentally challenged G.W. Bush is going around, selling his book. Spewing lies, absurdities and stupidities, as much as he could, same as he always did. This is not just the past: immense forces, the same as those who were behind Bush, are still active....

They still "want" to attack Iran.... and Hezbollah....

The irony with G. W. Bush, aka "Shrub", is that his Christian God told him to attack Iraq, but his attack and devastation of Iraq is leading to the extermination of the Iraqi Christian community there. In that sense, Bush is worse than the Mongols....

The Mongols killed most Muslims in Baghdad, but not the Christians; the Frank-Mongol alliance conquered Syria, but the racist, sectarian pope saved the Muslims by excommunicating the Franks.... So working against one’s own camp is nothing new....

A massacre in a Christian church in Baghdad, by a bunch of foreign CIA/MOSSAD/Arab mercenaries: 56 dead.... France organized the treatment in France of 100 wounded.... Oh, where is the great indignation some primitives had when the bearded one was drawn, just drawn, just imagined, with a bomb in his turban? To the criminally superstitious, the myth has become sacred, and the most dreadful reality, nothing worth mentioning.....?

All U.S. embassies and consulates around the world spying on host nation citizens....

http://web.archive.org/web/20060309030353/http://www.venusproject.com/ecs/nuclear_false_flag.html

November , 2010 -- All U.S. and Israeli embassies and consulates around the world spying on host nation citizens....

"The Eye of SIMAS" is global -- from Chile to Cape Town and Barbados to Beirut....

With revelations that U.S. embassies in Oslo, Copenhagen, and Stockholm have carried out spying operations against the host citizens of Norway, Denmark, and Sweden from the respective embassies, comes news to WMR that the system carrying out the secret surveillance -- the Security Incident Management Analysis System or SIMAS -- not only also spies on citizens of the two Nordic partners of Norway, Denmark, and Sweden, namely Iceland and Finland, from U.S. embassies in Reykjavik and Helsinki, respectively, but spies on individuals from all U.S. embassies and consulates around the world -- from Santiago, Chile and Canberra, Australia to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan to Maputo, Mozambique to Lebanon....

http://freeinternetpress.com/story.php?sid=27636

The Finnish paper, Helsingin Sanomat, is reporting that the Finnish Security Police (SUPO) has asked U.S. authorities about the activities of SIMAS in Helsinki... One nation that has adopted a sanguine reaction to the U.S. embassy spy program is Denmark, described by one intelligence insider as a "zone of control" for U.S. surveillance activities in Scandinavia... The cooperation between the U.S. and Denmark in surveillance operations began under Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen and it was one of the reasons he was rewarded by Washington with the job as Secretary General of NATO.

The Norwegian and Swedish governments have demanded answers to questions from U.S. authorities about SIMAS spying but State Department spokesman P. J. Crowley, a retired Air Force colonel who has historically been assigned by the CIA to oversee the Clintons, whether at the White House or, now, at the State Department, claimed that the government of Norway had been informed by the United States of SIMAS surveillance from a Surveillance Detection Unit (SDU) located in a building near the U.S. embassy in Oslo.

On November 4, Crowley was asked at a State Department press conference about his earlier statement that Norway had been informed about SIMAS. The question and answer session:

"Q. . . on Monday when I asked you, you said that the Norwegian Government was aware of these activities. They say they are not. So who's lying here?"

A. "I'm, we, the security of our Embassy involves cooperation between our security officials and Norwegian security officials. Ill just stand by those words."

Q. "But why have you hired a building outside your Embassy in Norway, in Oslo, and filled it with Norwegian police officers and also Norwegian military officers?"

A. "That's a better question to ask our Embassy. I haven't been there in a while, so I can't provide you any insight."

Q. "But just to follow up. But both the State Department in Norway and also the Justice Department in Norway said they're not aware that you have some activities outside your Embassy building. Why haven't you informed the Norwegian Government?"

A. "Well, look, embassy diplomatic posts all over the world are ripe targets for a terrorist attack, whether they're U.S. embassies, whether they are the embassies of other governments. It is right and proper that we would take appropriate steps to protect our diplomatic posts anywhere around the world, and we would expect any government to do the same, whether its somewhere over out overseas or here in the United States. So we have a program where we look carefully to make to evaluate if we believe our Embassy is under observation and potentially under threat. We share that information across the United States Government. But as appropriate, we share that information with our host government partners. The essence of addressing this challenge which confronts the United States and other countries in the West is the very kind of intelligence cooperation and law enforcement cooperation that has been a hallmark of our alliances for a number of years. So how much the host nation government knows about specific activities, I can't say. But everything that we do is fully consistent with our security arrangements that we have with any host nation government anywhere in the world, including Norway."

Q. "Can I just follow up? Is there written agreements about this --"

A. "I can't say. At this point, I would just defer further questions back to our Embassy in Norway."

Media reports that U.S. embassy spying on civilians has been going on for the past ten years, since 2000. A State Department Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) submitted on January 5, 2010, states "The Security Incident Management and Analysis System (SIMAS) is a worldwide Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS) web-based application, which serves as a repository for all suspicious activity and crime reporting from U.S. Diplomatic Missions abroad (all U.S. embassies and consulates). Department of State personnel, including Diplomatic Security personnel, regional security officers, and cleared foreign nationals, enter Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) into SIMAS as a central repository for all physical security incidents overseas. SIMAS Reports typically contain a detailed narrative description of the suspicious activity prompting the report, available suspicious person(s) and vehicle descriptors, and other identification data as may be available (e.g. photographs). Reports also indicate date, time and location of suspicious activity, and may include amplifying comments from relevant Bureau offices."

In other words, SIMAS is global and, in some cases, cleared nationals of foreign nations have access to the SIMAS system. The State Department was recruiting local foreign nationals to work with SIMAS in Accra, Ghana; Bujumbura, Burundi; Beirut and Sydney, Australia. Even U.S. citizens abroad are subjected to spying by SIMAS. The PIA also states: "SIMAS collects and maintains the following types of PII [personally-identifiable information] on members of the public, foreign nationals, U.S. government employees, and contractors who are identified as being directly or indirectly involved in or associated with suspicious activities and/or criminal allegations near USG property. All types of information may not be collected on each specific group of individuals. However, it may be possible for all forms of PII to be collected on any individual."

Translating the government gobbledy-gook language, while SIMAS is not authorized to collect certain types of data on groups of individuals, when it comes to each individual, anything is fair game.

At the very least, SIMAS contains data on: gender, race, height, weight, eye color, skin tone, hair color, hair style, images, age or estimated age, body type (build), scars, marks, tattoos, name, address, date of birth, telephone number, father’s name, and mother’s name, citizenship status and Information.

SIMAS data is also shared with the Central Intelligence Agency, MOSSAD, Department of Homeland Security, Federal Bureau of Investigation, SHABAK, AMAN, Department of Justice, Department of Agriculture, Department of Treasury, Department of Defense (including the National Security Agency), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Department of Energy, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Department of Health and Human Services , the S Capitol Police, and all other US embassies and consulates around the world...

Although the PIA states that SIMAS data is retained by the Diplomatic Security Bureau according to a set retention schedule and is not shared for purposes other than crime and terrorism prevention, the same cannot be said for the other agencies that access and retain SIMAS data, including the CIA, FBI, and NSA.

The State Department PIA concludes that "SIMAS has been designed to minimize risk to privacy data." That is hard to believe considering the global access permitted to the system, as well as the fact that not only do a dozen or more U.S. agencies have access to the data but so also do foreign intelligence agencies and foreign nationals.

So, if you are in Winnipeg or Warsaw, BEIRUT or Lusaka or Lisbon, or Malabo or Paramaribo, and you stroll past the U.S. embassy or consulate, "smile, you're on clandestine camera and now in the SIMAS database...."

The people and companies behind the U.S. embassy spying in Scandinavia.

State Department SIMAS Big Brother network and its politically-connected contractor....

A lone resume posted on the web opens a door into one of the prime contractor firms that was responsible for the operation of the SIMAS -- Security Incident and Management Analysis System -- network, which now stands accused of conducting surveillance from U.S. embassies in Oslo, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Beirut and Helsinki of people deemed as threats to the United States ....

Searching for references to SIMAS yield little, but when one searches its overall program at the State Department, the Surveillance Detection Program (SDP), a clearer picture emerges of who and what are behind the "Big Brother"-like SIMAS network, which operates in all U.S. embassies, consulates, and interest sections around the world and collects personal data on individuals in the host nations, making the data available to all U.S. diplomatic posts, as well as to the CIA, National Security Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, FBI, MOSSAD, AMAN, SHABAK and even the US Capitol Police.

There is reason to believe that the Department of Agriculture, which has access to SIMAS, is using the embassy surveillance and detection system to report to it cases of disease outbreak in foreign nations, including avian flu, mad cow, SARS, and swine flu.

The SDP operates through Surveillance Detection Units (SDUs) at U.S. embassies and consulates abroad. In Oslo, however, the SDU operated from a building close to the embassy, where a number of former Norwegian police and security personnel helped keep tabs on Norwegians and others by providing input to SIMAS.

A May 10, 2010 job vacancy announcement at the U.S. embassy in Accra, Ghana, called for the hiring of an individual, U.S. or foreign citizen, who had "knowledge of host country law enforcement organizations, responsibilities, and capabilities" who would also be responsible for briefing the "RSO [Regional Security Officer] on SD [surveillance detection] operations and incident/sightings." The requirements also specify that the candidate: "Ensures that all SD sighting reports are fully documented and properly entered into the SD database and the Security Incident Management and Analysis System (SIMAS) by the SD program data technician. Overseas SD team administration and logistical support requirements. Ensures SD team properly utilizes issued communications, photographic and video, and other surveillance detection equipment in performance of assigned duties and tasks, in accordance with U.S. Government regulations and Post/RSO policies and guidelines."

A similar job announcement was posted for the U.S. embassy in Bujumbura, Burundi on August 23, 2010, and another similar position was announced for the U.S. embassy in Canberra. One of the largest SDP activities is at the U.S. embassy in Mexico City. Another large SDP operation is at the U.S. embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan, and Beirut Lebanon....

The SDP, along with its SDUs, operate at every U.S. diplomatic post abroad. On May 17, 2000, David Carpenter, the assistant Secretary of State for Diplomatic Security, told the House International Relations Committee, "The newest addition to our programs and of major significance has been the establishment, in less than one year, of surveillance detection programs at almost all of our overseas posts . . . Since going operational in January 1999, surveillance detection teams, most of which work with host government's security services, have observed over 700 suspected incidents of surveillance against our personnel and facilities. It has, in a sense, expanded our security perimeter and zone of control beyond our previous limitations. The surveillance detection program is clearly a 'work in progress,' but we feel that it is destined to become a major aspect of our overseas security defenses." The SDP was authorized by then-Secretary of State Madeleine Albright...

In a March 11, 1999, hearing before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, one senator told Carpenter he would get his money for the full SDP and the rest of the overall security system, including the SDUs and SIMAS, saying, "But I guess that what I'm saying to you is that State will get more money. We will have more money." That senator was Joe Biden from Delaware, now the vice president....

On February 4, 1999, Bonnie Cohen, the Under Secretary of State for Management, told the House Appropriations Committee that the SDP was "global," with 90 posts already having "an up-and-running surveillance detection program."

The General Accounting Office (GAO) in 2000 discovered that the added costs for Surveillance Detection Units at new U.S. embassies in Croatia, Uganda, Beirut and Qatar, significantly increased the costs of those facilities, to the tune of $85 million. These costs included the hiring of additional special agents and other security staff for the SDUs. Overall, U.S. embassy security upgrades were reported by GAO to have run some $800 million more than original estimates...

A May 9, 2005, GAO report reveals how SDP and SIMAS surveillance slowly expanded beyond the areas surrounding the U.S. embassies. First, Regional Security Officers (RSOs) authorized the expansion of the surveillance to detection at school bus stops and outside schools attended by dependents of U.S. personnel, including international and American schools. Later, some RSOs argued that the SDP guidelines were too restrictive and that State had to permit flexibility in using surveillance detection for areas outside the embassy deemed appropriate by the RSO. Soon, the surveillance was expanded to private and public transportation, residences, additional schools, and "other community-based facilities."

A GAO report issued on November 12, 2009, stated that during a two-month period the RSO in Abuja, Nigeria had only four staff members assigned and was unable to carry out SDP functions. Local contractors had simply stopped carrying out their duties.

The resume for a former executive of Triumph Technologies, Inc. of Falls Church, Virginia, yields the fact that he, as Program Director for the State Department's Bureau of Diplomatic Security's Office of Overseas Protective Operations, was responsible for the SDP, of which SIMAS is a part. The contractor's responsibilities also included contractor oversight management for the Worldwide Personnel Protection Services Program (WPPS), the State Department overseas security program that involved three primary private security company contractors -- Dyncorp, Triple Canopy, and the controversial Blackwater, now known as Xe Services. From 2000 to 2007, the contractor was a top executive for Triumph Technologies, Inc. of Falls Church, Virginia, a woman-owned business that garnered millions in dollars of post-9/11 federal contracts. Curiously, the company's web site, http://www.triumph-tech.com, is now inoperative.

The contractor's role with SDP and WPPS are spelled out in his resume: "provide operational oversight and management of the Office of Overseas Protective Operations contractor personnel. Supervise contractor personnel providing program management services compatible with the various office programs and initiatives with an annual budget of over $500,000,000. Conduct on site reviews to assess the quality and effectiveness of services provided by office contractor personnel. Analyzed program procedures for the purpose of improving the efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of technical, fiscal and administrative operations. Provided contractor management oversight for the Local Guard Program, Residential Security Program, Surveillance Detection Program, Financial Management Initiative, Contract Management Initiative, Information Management Initiative, and Worldwide Personnel Protection Services Program. GS-14 grade level equivalency."

Triumph Technologies is politically-connected. In May 2006, then-New Mexico Senator Peter Domenici's office announced that Triumph had been selected by the Department of Energy to "provide program management, security and information technology services at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP)." The contract value was $5.8 million.

Triumph Technologies' vice president for business development was Tom Bolvin, who also happened to represent northern Virginia's Fairfax County in the Virginia House of Delegates as a Republican.

In 2005, Triumph Technologies was listed on the General Services Administration (GSA) as a large woman-owned business. It has millions in dollars of contracts with the State Department under "security technical services," "support services," "other professional services" and "personal services" vehicles. It is also contracted to the US Agency for International Development (USAID/CIA....), Department of Health and Human Services, Defense Intelligence Agency, National Archives and Records Administration, Census Bureau, National Science Foundation, Defense Information Systems Agency, U.S. Customs Service, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Agriculture, and Minerals Management Service of the Interior Department, Department of Transportation, and Peace Corps/CIA....

Triumph Technologies, which lists an address and corporate officers living in Woburn, Massachusetts, was apparently acquired by Interliant, Inc. of Purchase, New York, in November 1999. The merger press release stated that Triumph Technologies, founded in 1988, was "one of the premier providers of IT services and secure enterprise networking expertise in New England." One of Triumph Technologies industry partners listed in the merger announcement was CheckPoint Software/MOSSAD, headquartered in Tel Aviv....

A November 28, 2005, Washington Post article stated that Triumph Technologies' chief executive officer, Gloria Redman, had "more than 20 years managing a business." Redman is listed in corporate releases as a retired Army Colonel. In 2003, Triumph Technologies was among a group of government contractor firms that banded together under the aegis of the Retired Military Officers' Association to hire Focus Enterprises, Inc. of Washington, DC, an investment firm, to be their investment bank. Focus is involved with a joint venture with New Vantage Group of Vienna, Virginia, and Seraphim Capital of London.

Focus helped engineer the sale of Lanex, a video security firm, to Loronix Information Systems Inc., a subsidiary of Comverse Technology/MOSSAD,founded in Israel and now headquartered in Woodbury, New York. Comverse now owns Verint/MOSSAD, which provides security services to governments and corporations, including the U.S. government. Comverse, formerly known as Comverse Infosys, was founded by Israeli national Jacob (Kobi) Alexander, wanted by the FBI for securities fraud and now on the lam from U.S. justice in Namibia. Comverse Infosys provided wiretapping equipment to the U.S. Justice Department in the months before 9/11 and it was later reported that the firm was working with Mossad to eavesdrop on U.S. government and other U.S. communications prior to and after the inside job of 9/11 attacks....

This comes about when an artificial country is manufactured to give sovereign protections to international bank thievery. It even comes with its own religion, The First Church of Usury...

The US policy of backing Israel is a 60-year failure, uncounted Zillions invested in an artificial state inserted into the precise place in a region that saw the European Crusaders conquer and then fail. Hard to imagine a more precisely defined pre-ordained fiasco..... Of course the Israeli's arrogance, ruthlessness and "blood and soil" dogma have made things as bad as they can possibly be...http://www.veteranstoday.com/2010/11/08/gordon-duff-wholesale-treason-why-israel-bought-congress/

This artificial state is the creation of America's military/industrial complex, which has succeeded in tamping down the American Jewish community's traditional anti-war characteristics while using the co-opted fanatics among them to try to wipe every critic with the brush of "anti-Semitism." http://theinfounderground.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=13104

The Jews who support this doomed state are probably the largest, most coherent and spectacularly naive group of suckers in the world.... Characters like Abe Foxman, who obviously read The Protocols of Zion and believed (and that he's in charge of the global Jewish government -- are sadly deluded in their belief that they are anything more than pawns of the military empire builders and "defense" industrialists....

When Israel is devastated in the inevitable regional war, the real agenda-shapers will not mourn the human cost, they will count their money and be assured that they have once again successfully duped practically everyone....

I just pray that some element of humility and "morals" might creep into American foreign policy of its own accord and doesn't have to be beaten into it, as was the European experience....

A repeat of 2002, "Universal Jurisdiction" in Belgium and now in Britain, same Western cowardice

A repeat of 2002, "Universal Jurisdiction" in Belgium and now in Britain, same utter Western cowardice...

We can learn much from the Israeli government’s decision last week to suspend a special strategic dialog with the United Kingdom because of concerns that Israeli officials could be arrested and indicted with crimes against humanity in the UK. According to a British law that provides for “universal jurisdiction” in such cases, [ exactly as was the case in BELGIUM in 2001-2002..., which saw staggering pressure on Belgium to repeal its law by the USA and Israel..., after they had consumed the horrendous assassination of Mr. Elie HOBEIKA, January 24th 2002 by the infamous White House Murder INC, with Asef SHAWKAT..., ] a suspect of any country can be charged, detained and tried in a British court even if the alleged crimes occurred in a third country and did not include British citizens among the victims. Israel’s Kadima Party leader Tzipi Livni recently canceled a trip to London as did Deputy Prime Minister Dan Meridor last week, because he was advised that he risked being arrested.

Palestinians in the UK in recent years have filed charges against Israeli officials and British courts have issues arrest warrants for some Israeli officials, though none have actually been taken into custody. The important dimension of this is the concern among many Israelis -- justified, in my view -- that Israel is being subjected to a “de-legitimization” campaign. This is exactly what is happening, and it scares Israelis more than anything else in the world.

The one most coveted thing that Israel lacks in the eyes of its Palestinian foes, and other Arab and international critics, is legitimacy and acceptance. It’s one thing if Yemen, Algeria or Somalia do not recognize Israel, but it is another and much more significant thing entirely if the UK government -- the historical midwife of Zionism and the Israeli state -- issues arrest warrants charging Israeli officials with crimes against humanity. Exactly 93 years ago on November 2, the British government issued the Balfour Declaration that pledged support for the creation of “a national home for the Jewish people.” Now, London joins others in the world who seek to hold accountable to the international rule of law those Israeli leaders at the helm of that “Jewish national home” that is the sovereign state of Israel -- sovereign, but still largely unaccepted in its present configuration.

Israel is not particularly worried about its military security, given its known conventional and nuclear capabilities. It has been in a constant state of war with its neighbors for the past 62 years because it has never been fully and formally acknowledged as legitimate by its Arab neighbors. Israel is strong militarily, politically, economically, culturally, and technologically -- but it remains vulnerable and uneasy because it is not accepted in the Middle East as a normal, legitimate country. This is primarily because it has refused to come to terms with the national and territorial rights of the Palestinian people whom it largely dispossessed, ethnically cleansed, displaced and exiled in the process of creating the Jewish-majority state of Israel.

All the Arab states have formally offered to coexist in peace with Israel on the basis of the 2002 Arab peace plan which Israel has steadfastly ignored, so this is not about destroying Israel, as Zionist zealots and other howlers claim. The de-legitimization campaign aims to point out that Israeli official actions are often criminal in nature when Israel uses massive and disproportionate force, siege tactics, collective punishment, mass incarceration, torture, assassinations, genocide in 1982..., colonization, land theft and other such illegal and criminal behavior in its routine dealings with Palestinians and other Arabs....

The reason Israel reacted so vehemently and almost irrationally last year to the Goldstone Commission report on both Israel’s and Hamas’ conduct of the 2008-9 Gaza war was because this represented a frightening new form of formally sanctioned global criticism of Israel’s excessive use of violence, and, more importantly, sought international follow-up to hold Israel and Hamas accountable for their behavior. It’s one thing if Yemen, Algeria or Somalia accuse Israel of war crimes, but it is another thing altogether when the organs of the UN do this through a commission headed by one of the world’s most respected jurists. Israel has predicated its entire foreign policy since its inception on being able to use any force it deems necessary to protect and assert itself. The criticisms it is receiving, and legal moves such as the Goldstone Commission or the British indictments, are much more frightening to Israel than any missiles it might face from its surroundings, because they chip away at the one indispensable element that Israel has always relied on for its security, well-being and Zionist self-assertion: impunity in military actions across the entire Middle East, its colonization of Arab lands, and its structural dispossession and subjugation of the Palestinian people.

This is Israel’s Achilles Heel, which is why this movement to challenge Israeli impunity is so significant, and will continue to grow until it achieves a political resolution that is fair to both Palestinians and Israelis, who can enjoy equal rights in a configuration of mutually satisfying statehood, and affirms rather than tramples on the dictates of the global rule of law. Israel is right to be worried, because its criminal behavior is finally being subjected to formal global scrutiny....

January , 2011 -- Fixing blame on Lebanese assassinations on Hezbollah. Final report cooked up by players in New York, Langley, and Tel Aviv...
Hillary's State Department foments political upheaval in Lebanon....
AS we have been reporting since 2002, most assassinations in Lebanon have been carried out by Asef SHAWKAT and his Syrian Military Intelligence goons, together with the Lebanese deep state apparatus, on behalf of CIA/MOSSAD, starting with the assassination of Mr. Elie HOBEIKA, January 24th 2002 and ending with the assassination of Imad F. MOUGHNIEH in Damascus Feb. 12th 2008....
We have learned that the final report of the UN's Special Tribunal on Lebanon was made known to leaders from the United States, France, Saudi Arabia, Israel, and Lebanon in New York with an agreement by most parties that blame will be fixed for all of Lebanon's recent assassinations, most of them signature CIA/Mossad remotely-controlled car bombings, on Lebanese Hezbollah. Hezbollah, aware of the secret deals in New York, has announced that it will pull out of the Lebanese coalition government led by Prime Minister Saad Hariri, son of slain ex-Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, a victim of one of the Mossad-CIA car bombs, thus bringing down the Lebanese government...
The US/Israeli/French nexus of utter evils are eager to perpetuate the covert links of the infamous White House Murder INC, with Asef SHAWKAT and Syria's minority mafia Dictatorship of the ASSAD dynasty of assassins for hire, since January 24th 2002....and the barbaric assassination of Mr. Elie HOBEIKA and his brave companions in Hazmieh by Asef SHAWKAT's goons and Lebanese Military Intelligence lackeys....and others....working on behalf of CIA/MOSSAD or being bamboozled into action in a classic black operation on Feb. 14th 2005 and the hit on Hariri....

Saudi King Abdullah, in New York for surgery on a herniated disc, met with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and spoke by phone with President Obama on the forthcoming UN tribunal report on Hezbollah. A key member in the talks was Assistant Secretary of State for Near East Affairs Jeffrey Feltman, who is as close to the government of Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu as he is to his own government.... Feltman, a former U.S. ambassador to Lebanon and a bitter enemy of Hezbollah, reportedly met with Hariri in New York prior to the Lebanese Prime Minister's trip to Washington to meet with Obama. French President Nicolas Sarkozy was also in New York where he met King Abdullah and Hariri. Sarkozy's meetings with the Arab leaders followed his meeting with Obama in Washington. Hariri also met with Hillary Clinton in New York...

Although the Special Tribunal for Lebanon has proven to be a propaganda tool of the Israelis and its lobby in the United States and recent Lebanese intelligence discoveries of Mossad penetration of Lebanese telecommunications proves that Israel manufactured the cell phone and other telecommunication "evidence" pinning blame for the Hariri assassination on Hezbollah, the Obama administration and France, Saudi Arabia, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, and Israel are poised to see Hezbollah blamed for several assassinations of Lebanese politicians and international criminal indictments issued against leading Hezbollah figures. The tribunal report will result in a major political upheaval in Lebanon, which is to Israel's benefit.

The presence of Feltman, who is a virtual tool of the Israeli government, in the top Middle east policy position in the State Department, has largely led to the present debacle in America's Middle East policy.

A political deal was in the works for Lebanon that would have prevented the UN tribunal from indicting senior Hezbollah officials for the 2005 Hariri assassination. However, the Saudis helped scuttle the deal being worked out with Syria. Hezbollah political ally, retired General Michel Aoun, leader of the Free Patriotic Movement of Lebanon, decried the Saudi double-cross and Qatar Prime Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassem bin Jabr al-Thani, who helped work out the Arab-led peace deal for Lebanon, also expressed alarm that the Lebanese government would collapse as a result of the deal between Washington, Paris, Riyadh, and Tel Aviv....

NATIONAL SECURITY ALERT: F-35 STEALTH FIGHTER SPY COVER-UP

F-35 Joint Strike Fighter worthless?

“WIKI” STYLE ESPIONAGE LANDS $300 BILLION DOLLAR SUPER-PLANE PLANS....

http://www.veteranstoday.com/2010/11/02/national-security-alert-f-35-stealth-fighter-spy-cover-up/

By Gordon Duff, STAFF WRITER/Senior Editor

“Another spy disaster like Pollard, shoved under the rug too long due to pressure from the powerful Israeli lobby.”

On April 21, 2009, the Department of Defense announced the theft of 1.5 terabytes of data on the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, the platform meant give the United States and her allies air superiority for the next 40 years. In a flash, all that was gone, $300 billion dollars of funding down the drain, every system, defense, offense, stealth, everything needed to build one or shoot it down, all gone. Day one, China was accused but it wasn’t China, it wasn’t Iran, it wasn’t Pakistan. The theft left a clear signature, one identical to the data Wikileaks has been receiving, sources inside the Pentagon repeating the actions of Israeli-Soviet spy, Jonathan Pollard. As vital as the F-35 is to America’s defense, Pollard’s triumph on behalf of Soviet Russia and Israel dwarfs the current espionage coup.

Since the 2009 announcement, there has been nothing but silence.

When the theft was announced, Pentagon “damage control” went into action immediately branding the disaster as “unimportant” while scrambling to look for any possible way to “put the toothpaste back into the tube.” What Secretary Gates came up with was a simple denial and to pretend it never happened. With the continual efforts by the Israeli government to secure the release of master spy Jonathan Pollard, a “witch hunt” for another Israeli spy would endanger America’s hopes of winning a settlement between Israel and the Palestinians.

There was no real question, this was another Israeli operation, their “signature” was all over it.

“AN UNPRECEDENTED DISASTER”

What did America lose? 15 years of research and development? That doesn’t come close. Key components of the F-35, from stealth materials, flight and weapons systems, to tens of thousands of man-hours of systems programming are now “out there,” available to any potential rival, military or commercial. At best, it could be considered a $300 billion dollar bank robbery, by American standards, nothing new in today’s financial world.

Another spy disaster like Pollard, shoved under the rug too long due to pressure from the powerful Israeli lobby.

At worst, nations whose defense capabilities were decades behind the US can now be at par, as the F-35 was estimated to be “air superiority capable” until at least 2040. Data stolen could make production of a comparable aircraft possible in as little as 36 months, particularly with several projects in the offing, Russia/India and in China, each of which are capable of quickly adapting upgraded systems.

The JSF (Joint Strike Fighter) in its three variants, conventional takeoff/landing (CTOL), carrier variant (CV) and short takeoff/vertical landing (STOLV), are scheduled for production through 2026 with estimates of service life until 2060 and beyond. Export versions of the F-35, “detuned” are available for American allies, NATO and Israel. The F-35 delivers more “punch” per dollar than any current “legacy” fighter by a margin of as much as 8 to 1. The economics of “stealing” the F-35 and auctioning it off, system at a time, is tremendous.

Any nation with a substantial defense industry will have immediately gained a decade or more in, not just stealth fighter/bomber design, but hundreds of areas of science applicable to UAV drones, missiles, including nuclear ICBMs (intercontinental ballistic missiles), and smaller systems, not only air defense but helicopters and armour as well. Every advanced technology America has is in the F-35 somewhere.

AIR DEFENSE VULNERABILITY

In March, 1999, on the 4th day of American involvement in the Bosnian war, Serbian forces shot down an F-117 stealth bomber using a Soviet SA 300 air defense system with radar modifications based on data secured through espionage.

YouTube - Veterans Today -

Data on the resonant frequencies of the materials and surfaces of the F-117 made it possible for radar to, not only detect a plane previously believed “invisible’ at a range of 13 kilometers, but to successfully destroy one, an embarrassment the US feels the sting of even today.

The stolen data on the F-35 covers more than simple materials but all jamming and other defensive systems and performance characteristics. Air defense systems can now be tuned specifically to find only the F-35 if so required.

THE TRAIL OF THE SNAIL

Wikileaks are called “leaks.” Julian Assange darts from country to country, hotel to TV studio, always ahead of the security forces hunting him down, a veritable “Nordic” bin Laden. Newspapers are peppered with photographs of a boyish face in the uniform of the American army, identified as the potential “leaker.” The 46,000 intelligence/counter-intelligence officers of the Department of Defense, supplemented by the FBI and 16 other agencies and 40 other departments, more “bodies” than currently serve in Afghanistan, we are told, are unable to rein in this “dangerous duo.”

Documents by the hundreds of thousands are leaked, upon qualified examination, showing careful screening with many documents edited and more selected out of series with careful gaps and omissions. A single non-commissioned officer, watched 24 hours a day by tens of thousands of security officers and threatened with life in prison, is an unlikely suspect. However, there has been no mention of any others nor has there been a mention of an investigation of any kind. In fact, there seems to me no attempt whatsoever to curtail these current leaks.

What does this tell us?

WHEN IS A LEAK “HACKING” AND WHEN IS HACKING A “LEAK” AND WHAT IS “ESPIONAGE?”

It was never announced when, exactly, the theft of the F-35 data occurred. The press release was April 21. 2009, long enough after President Bush left office for the blame to evade his administration, one infamous for “leaks” such as the “Scooter” Libby (Liebowitz) “outing” of CIA nuclear proliferation specialist Valerie Plame.

Israeli citizen, Jonathan Pollard, convicted for spying on America and sentenced to life in prison in 1987, is, we believe but can never be sure of, the most successful spy in world history. As with the F-35, the “cover story” is always carefully deceptive as to not panic the public or cause a lack of confidence, perhaps rightly so, in America’s ability to secure secrets. Pollard had two primary targets, our nuclear response capability and NATO’s defense capabilities against the Soviet Union. Both were destroyed by Pollard whose materials were passed through Israel directly to the Soviet Union at the height of the Cold War.

Every weapon design, yes, our stealth aircraft capabilities and our NATO battle plans were among the truckload of papers Pollard sold to Israel, a country where he is considered a national hero. Pollard may have been our last “paper” spy. Everything today is electronic and spies who steal American secrets can be compared to unruly chatroom members or video game enthusiasts.

Despite the “cute” attempt by the Department of Defense and Secretary Gates to refer to espionage as “hacking,” there is nothing either innocent or harmless about it. As all data is formatted for electronic media and secured by firewalls and passwords, all espionage is “hacking.”

The difference between “leaking” and “spying” is semantics. The goal is the same, destruction of the defense capabilities of the United States, except “spying” pays better.

The people responsible for each, particularly when they access the same systems and overcome the same roadblocks, all requiring the same physical access, are one in the same. Those who “leak” perform an identical task to those who spy. Those who leak, those who have leaked appear to be, to any reasonable person, exactly the same people who are spying now and who were supporting Pollard.

The first place we look, before new Russian, Indian, Iranian or Chinese version of the F-35 take flight or our first F-35 meets a fiery end is Israel. No Chinese or Pakistani’s or Iranians have gained by the F-35 espionage “clone” operations styled after “Wikileaks.” Wikileaks has proven one thing, there is a major spy operation in the Pentagon with broad access. It is immune to investigation. Only political power can generate this kind of protection.

Assange is a recipient of information he likely believes is real. Our investigations prove different. The Pentagon leaks were carefully edited, thousands of reports were reconstructed and falsified and hundreds of thousands were removed as inconsistent with an unknown political agenda. This requires full access to Pentagon computer systems, PROMIS software and hundreds of man hours.

It requires, in fact, a broad spy operation inside the Pentagon that enjoys its ability to operate with impunity. Wikileaks carries an Israeli signature, the leaks damn only Israeli enemies, shield Israeli operations and are time to serve Israeli interests. Hundreds of Israeli citizens work in the Pentagon. None of this should be a surprise to anyone.

The F-35 debacle is exactly the same. Where there was some cursory discussion of investigation Wikileaks, the F-35 thefts were, can we say “forgiven?”

Latest "Al-CIAda" bomb plot, not halal but kosher baloney...

November , 2010 -- Latest "Al-CIAda" bomb plot, not halal but kosher baloney...

On Halloween 2010, the terrorism-military-intelligence complex pulled out of its pre-election bag of tricks the same old "Al-CIAda" treat that George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, and Karl Rove pulled out of their bag of tricks on Halloween 2004....

On Halloween of 2004, the American electorate was subjected to a fake Osama Bin Laden videotape warning America of another impending terrorist attack. In an election that saw malfeasance and rigging at every level, the Bin Laden tape helped provide the cover story that undecided Americans decided to support Bush and Cheney for re-election amid a new terror threat. John Kerry's chances to beat Bush, although seen by polling data as favorable going into the election, were nixed...

The newest Halloween trick of cargo planes flying into the United States with special delivery bombs "from Yemen with love" is just another ploy to instill fear into the American body politic prior to a major mid-term election. The more the Mossad and its CIA friends concoct these phony "Al Qaeda" stories, the more ridiculous they appear. Underwear bombs, Times Square fizzle bombs, shoe bombs, and now UPS and Fedex printer cartridge bombs are all out of the Austin Powers school of campy spy comedies. The only item missing is Maxwell Smart's shoe phone, although that is probably where the terror spinmeisters got the idea for Richard Reid's ill-fated shoe bomb.

Yemen has become the newest neocon "Island of Dr. Moreau" for terrorist training... Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan have surpassed their shelf lives for the neocon imagineers. Somalia never quite made the cut: modern-day pirates became old hat for the Fox News purveyors of bovine excrement masked as news and Somalia is "so nineties" anyway. But Yemen, next door to Saudi Arabia and a nation involved in a civil war and, moreover, the site for the successful "October Surprise" false flag attack on the USS Cole prior to the 2000 election that helped propel Bush and Cheney into office, perfect. Yemen is, once again, ready for its close up, Mr. DeMille. Lights, camera, action: package bombs from Yemen away!

First, the false flag experts, working with a brand new script, needed a source. Enter one Jabir al-Fayfi, former detainee of the United States in Guantanamo Bay. Al-Fayfi was released by the United States to Saudi Arabia where he had undergone "rehabilitation", and upon his release, hurriedly rejoined "Al-CIAda" forces, this time a new franchise, "Al-CIAda" in the Arabian Peninsula" or AQAP, not to be confused with AQIM, "Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb;" AQM, "Al-Qaeda in Mesopotamia;" or any of the other "Al-CIAda" fast food-like franchises that have sprung up from the Philippines and Indonesia to Somalia and the Sahara....

Al-Fayfi then conveniently surrendered to Saudi authorities on October 16, just prior to the latest terror scare. The Saudis sent a private jet to Sanaa, the Yemeni capital, to retrieve al-Fayfi after he first contacted his Saudi controllers in September. It appears from what Yemeni authorities claim that al-Fayfi was a Saudi double agent who just so happened to know the tracking numbers on the two "bomb" parcels and their contents, printer toner cartridges. Saudi intelligence works closely with the Mossad and CIA. Game, set, match...

But U.S. enemy number one in Yemen, U.S. national Anwar al-Awlaki, had to be dealt with as the new media fantasy story about package bombs was about to hit the wires. According to an October 21 report by ABC News, al-Awlaki had attended a private luncheon at the Pentagon in the months after the inside Job of 9/11. U.S. authorities announced the package bomb plot was the idea of AQAP's master bombmaker Ibrahim Hassan al Asiri/CIA and his "spiritual leader" al-Awlaki/CIA. Obama's chief counter-terrorism adviser John O. Brennan kept the focus on Al-Asiri... Al-Awlaki's post-9/11 luncheon at the neocon-run Pentagon was still fresh in the minds of many....

Two package bombs, intercepted in Dubai and London, were said to be addressed to a Chicago synagogue, identified as Congregation Emanuel, which provides meeting space for the Or Chadash, a gay and lesbian Jewish congregation. Emanuel, gay, hmmm! Interesting, considering Rahm Emanuel is running for mayor of Chicago. Brother Ari Emanuel's writers in Hollywood must be working overtime on these details...

Yemenia Airways says there is a problem with the story. No Chicago-bound packages addressed to Chicago left Yemen on UPS or DHL flights during the 48-hour period the package bombs were said to have been mailed. And get this nice gem: UPS Yemen is located at P.O. Box 1696 on "Al-Qiyada" Street in Sanaa. That's right, Al-Qiyada Street!

One of the bomb parcels, said to contain a printer cartridge, circuit board, wires, and PETN explosive, was reportedly sent by FedEx on a Qatar Airways flight from Sanaa to Doha, Qatar, and then placed on an onward flight to Dubai for shipment to Chicago. The other, also containing a printer cartridge, circuit board, and a coating of white powder was supposedly sent from Cologne, Germany on board a UPS flight to East Midlands Airport in the UK. The East Midlands package tested negative for explosives. Another problem with the story has arisen. British Prime Minister David Cameron was not told of the bomb plot at East Midlands Airport for sixteen hours.

Apparently, President Obama was informed of the plot right away while the British Prime Minister was kept in the dark for almost an entire day. Cameron recently announced sweeping cuts to the defense budget in the UK, a move that infuriated Washington. Cameron was then made to look like a lightweight on defense and counter-terrorism when he was not informed of the parcel bomb plot, or hoax, if you will. Also embarrassed by the parcel bomb plot, or hoax, was British Airways chairman Martin Broughton, who a week earlier bashed U.S. airport security is redundant and irrational...

Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary criticized new air passenger security measures in the wake of the discovery of explosive-laden printer cartridges, telling CNBC, “We’re going to have a week now where 'securicrats' will emerge from rocks they live on generally." Former U.S. Homeland Security Michael "Skeletor" Chertoff emerged from his Halloween crypt to warn of new terrorist threats to the traveling public. No one mentions that Chertoff is in the business of making money from security consulting, along with his ghoulish partner-in-crime, former CIA and NSA director, Michael "Uncle Fester" Hayden.

U.S. authorities apparently told Yemeni authorities to arrest a 22-year old Yemeni female college student named Hanan al-Samawi, whose identity was stolen by the shipper of the parcels. The actual shipper of the parcels gave the Yemeni shipping agent Ms. Samawi's full name, address, and phone number. Yemeni authorities released Samawi from custody. Someone forged Samawi's signature on the shipping documents. The actual perpetrator of the parcel mailings remains unknown but stealing identities and passports is a well-known tactic of the Mossad...., which has dozens of Israeli Navy Commandos roaming Yemen for years undetected...because they are Jewish of Yemeni origin...

Coming on top of the false flag parcel bombs from Yemen, came news from Athens that a shadowy Gladio-like "anarchist" group called "Conspiracy Nuclei of Fire" had attempted to send parcel bombs to the embassies of Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Russia, and Mexico in Athens, Greece, as well as to French President Nicolas Sarkozy, himself needing a poll boost after forcing through highly unpopular pension reforms in France.

The national security hobgoblins came out to harass us again this Halloween. Time to stuff them all back into Harry Potter's footlocker. Maybe we can keep them locked up there this time for good....

For the dubious privilege of financing the 16-agency, alphabet soup, United States intelligence establishment not to find Osama bin Laden and al-Qaeda's number two Ayman al-Zawahiri, US taxpayers have been plundered to the staggering tune of US$500 billion - and counting. Still, the obvious questions resonate from Seattle to Selma and from Sweden to Swaziland. Where's Osama? Where's al-Zawahiri? Where's escaped-on-the-back-of-a-motorcycle Taliban supremo Mullah Omar?

For starters, why don't US intelligence agencies ask the French Foreign Ministry? They swear on their Dior ties Osama is indeed alive - and it is his jihadi master's voice showcased in an audiotape broadcast by al-Jazeera this past Wednesday. In the tape, Osama in so many words warns France that the Eiffel Tower may experience a different kind of wobble one of these days (it has been evacuated twice lately).

Osama - or the ghost passing for Osama - said: "If you want to tyrannize and think that it is your right to ban the free women from wearing the burqa, isn't it our right to expel your occupying forces, your men from our lands by striking them by the neck?" A jittery
Paris has taken the analogy extremely seriously.

A room with a view
So now that it's established that Osama seems to be alive and well, having made a successful transition from TDK cassettes to
MP3 (unless very circumspect French diplomats are lying; and unless we suppress roars of laughter at the assertion by row after row of US "intelligence analysts" that fake Osama tapes have never been broadcast), comes the question of his humble abode.

So why not turn to the formidable North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and its arrays of the most sophisticated military hardware in the world - after all they are spectacularly losing a war in Afghanistan itself as we speak? (The legendary Mikhail Gorbachev - who knows a thing or two about losing a war in the Hindu Kush - has just made it plain and simple: "Victory is impossible in Afghanistan. Obama is right to pull the troops out. No matter how difficult it will be.")

Anyway, NATO officials recently leaked to global corporate media that Osama is hiding "somewhere in northeastern Pakistan". Oh really? Would that be Miram Shah, across from Paktika? Would that be Parachinar, across from Nangarhar (where Osama and al-Zawahiri escaped to from Tora Bora in December 2001)? Would that be Chitral, across from Kunar? Would that be on the Karakoram Highway near the Chinese border?

Radio silence. The NATO boys simply don't know - as they don't seem to be very familiar with the intricate mountain geography and tribal rivalries south of the Hindu Kush. Seems like the NATO boys are taking a cue from those rows of so-called US "intelligence analysts" swearing over their air-con think-tank offices that Osama still oversees the "strategic direction" of al-Qaeda from a base “somewhere in Pakistan". Pakistan happens to be twice as big as California. Try finding a stray wacko in the Mojave Desert.

NATO boys also swear that Mullah Omar is commuting between Quetta, Balochistan's capital, and Karachi. Well, he could be taking a night desert bus or a donkey caravan - and still he can't be found. Has anyone searched the VIP rooms at the Serena Hotel in Quetta, perhaps?

Maybe the Pakistani intelligence apparatus knows something. "Not us!" - screams the Pakistani ambassador to the US, Hussain Haqqani, "The reason why this statement is not made officially and publicly by NATO is because they do not have any basis to make that statement."

Well, then certainly Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence knows - or some key operatives inside the ISI. And in this case, the Central Intelligence Agency would know. Ambassador Haqqani: "If anybody thinks that Pakistan has any interest in protecting bin Laden they are smoking something they shouldn't be smoking.” Well, apparently no one is smoking Hindu Kush's finest - because Haqqani still swears Washington and NATO have shared "no intelligence" with Pakistan about Osama for a few years now. Would it be because - as in the famous Hollywood dictum - no one knows anything?

The invisible man
In real life, the fact is that a selected few inside the ISI know - as they have followed Osama's every move since the early 1980s in Peshawar. And they are not talking - never will. But for the CIA and the 16-agency alphabet-soup intel community not to know, this speaks volumes about an "intelligence" establishment where 1 million Americans hold top-secret clearances. Those 1 million are absolutely worthless when it comes to gathering on-the-ground intelligence south of the Hindu Kush.

So maybe they should ask the Pakistani Army. General Ashfaq Parvez Kiani - a Pentagon darling - has been to Washington for the third round of what is called a "strategic dialogue" with the Pentagon. It's easy to picture Admiral Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, asking Kiani, "If North Waziristan is the epicenter of terrorism, where al-Qaeda is holed up, why don't you go there with all guns blazing and snatch them for us?"

In principle, Kiani will do it - that's what he has promised the Pentagon. But will he? Not really. Kiani will scare away - just for show - the Haqqanis, led by Sirajuddin Haqqani, eldest son of legendary mujahid Jalaluddin Haqqani, while ISI operatives duly tell them to run the other way.

Chapman Base in Khost, Afghanistan, on the other side of North Waziristan, is operated by the CIA. But don't expect Chapman to come out swinging exhibiting "
dead or alive" al-Qaeda scalpels. There are indeed some Arab al-Qaeda jihadis sheltered by the Haqqanis - a few dozen at max, but they will have plenty of time to get out of Dodge, thanks again to the services of those ISI agents.

Moreover, Kiani is not suicidal. He knows the Haqqanis and the myriad groups they protect are intimately linked to the Punjabi Taliban. If Kiani launches a major offensive, blowback - in the form of an epidemic of urban suicide bombings rocking Pakistan - is an absolute certainty.

Blowback is on the way anyway - because in this "no one knows anything, and no one's talking" scenario, the only real weapon available for Washington is to drone North Waziristan to death.

Granted, the Barack Obama administration is also desperately trying to find a way out in AfPak. Saudi Arabia is key. Not only Mullah Omar, but also other viscerally anti-occupation Afghan leaders such as Gulbuddin Hekmatyar and Abdul Rasul Sayyaf maintain very close ties with Saudi Arabia. Washington now depends on Saudi Arabia to convince them to sit down and talk.

That's not a given (they all say they're not talking). And even if they did it might - or might not - lead to an endgame (the Pentagon certainly doesn't want one). As for the Pakistani army and intelligence establishment, what they do want is an Afghan
satellite government, still part of the "strategic depth" doctrine, and to keep receiving military aid from Washington till perpetuity. Thus playing a double game is key - and that applies most of all to Osama and al-Zawahiri, the golden rationale behind the everlasting "war on terror" - another name for the Pentagon's "long war".

Now you see them - now you don't. So expect a lot of Osama digital
audio from now on. He should consider his own podcast on iTunes
. There's no real prospect in sight that Osama will honor former US vice president Dick Cheney's correctional facilities anytime soon. He has not left the building, and is now merrily singing Suspicious Minds in a double bill with Elvis.

As to the Wikileak issue, ..... Politics is all about timing. The Wikileak story in the first line by the New Times: Iran, Iran, Iran big surprise. Have we learned anything new from these leaks? Does what we have learned have any value concerning how we deal with the present crisis? If we turn the pages back to the last significant leak in US history, there are valuable lessons to be learned I believe.
The release of the Pentagon Papers ultimately led to Nixon's downfall because it was this leak that lead Nixon to assemble the plumbers that were eventually caught breaking into the DNC office's of Larry O'Brien. The plumbers were assembled under the encouragement of Henry Kissinger who stated that leaks were totally compromising his attempts at diplomacy.
On the day of the leaks, Halderman makes one comment about Kissinger, Nixon did not trust him. A rather fantastic statement when you consider the role Kissinger was playing in the Nixon White House. Kissinger, a War criminal recently praised by Hillary Clinton at the State Department, was a long time CIA/Mossad asset who started as a translator for James Angleton another Mossad asset at the CIA. In retrospect Kissinger benefited most from the release of the Pentagon Papers, eventually getting the Nobel Peace Prize for ending the war in Vietnam. Nixon also wondered whether Kissinger through the Brookings Institute played a role in the leaks. http://cryptome.org/0002/wikileaks-feed.htm

Like the Kennedy's before him, Nixon's stance on the Middle East has been over looked as far as Watergate history goes. Nixon was insisting that Israel withdraw from land that was stolen from the Palestinians during the 6 day War, and that Israel abide by all United Nations resolutions concerning this dispute.
Larry O'Brien states in his oral history that the burglars were trying to find information related to ITT and the situation in Chile. We know this information clearly shows that Henry Kissinger should have been in prison a long time ago, and that the information the burglars were after was for the benefit of Kissinger personally.
The final nail in Nixon's coffin however probably came with the death of J. Edgar Hoover whose office black mail files were taken by James Angleton himself and most likely shared with Mossad...
I do not see much difference in our current political situation today as the Wikileaks simply put more pressure on crippled US Foreign Policy so that the necessary leadership in Washington has its hands tied as Israel continues with its War Crimes against the Palestinian people. And let us not forget the crime of the inside Job of 9/11 that history will show is covered with Zionist Blood.....and USA's Deep State barbarians.....

Happy false paradigm day to you, too... Assange is a known CIA operative. Did he get dinner or another visit at the WH this time before the "revelations" again? His revelations that we killed 100,000+ in Iraq and tortured prisoners - puhleez.

Years ago, we surpassed the million-dead-Iraqui mark as estimated by many sources - we are several million into it if we count both gulf wars, decades of sanctions and suffocating them without medical supplies and other means and DU ongoing slow-kill. And Assange jsut discovered we killed over 100,000 and tortured some prisoners? Well give him the Peace Nobel for that if Barry can share his prize. Him "blowing the whistle" now upping the official death toll by a little spare change from the first ridiculously low lie of death toll to a slightly higher number and still a lie while pretending that this is a real leak and is nothing more than a controlled release of info to prevent a bigger leak. And they offer it to us in cute Julian format so we get happy about the info he "leaked" and we got away with knowing without the Pentagon's approval. Ha! Julian and us the great unwasheds got away with something! Pretty translucent strategy here, isn't it?

And do we really believe that a man who is oh-so-dangerous to the Pentagon who can really access their files and leak them all over the place and hemorrhage any touchy classified info he wants to tap into is walking around all over Europe, giving press conferences in London - and they can't "get" him and get rid of him? Or that there is a server anywhere in the world he can post this from and The Empire is powerless and annot blast him and his server to Kindgom Cometh?

The Easter Bunny is leaking info all over the place, too. Assange is very useful - he can control leaks and dam them in by containing the amount of info they want to leak, he can announce false flags in the future as "leaks", he can leak out really "dangerous" amounts of info they can use to shut down the web to prevent more leaks in a Problem-Reaction-Solution model...a useful operative - their new version of Osama Al-CIAda in cute feisty blond angel geek format....

Just don't take Assange nor the Easter Bunny too seriously. It's all in a day's work in Hegelian paradigm-land, that's all....

IMPERIALISM then FASCISM....

Ever wondered why our country always seems to be at war with the world. Ever wondered why our government and mass media promote the view that the world outside our borders is a corrupt, chaotic, frightening place....when in reality our Government/Wall Street and all..... and Society are utterly corrupt to the core and without any hope of redemption ever.... Ever shocked to realize that many people in our society think the best thing that can happen to a foreign country is for the U.S. to invade. Can you even think of a time when our country was truly at peace with the world?

IMPERIALISM

Imperialism is capitalism at its most virulent stage, astride the world; exploitation on a global scale. It is the creation of a grotesquely unequal world. The constant wars and its astonishing waste of resources and human lives ultimately weakens imperialism. Workers of the world are driven to rebel against it and replace it with socialism, the last stage of capitalism before its revolutionary transformation. Imperialism is the result of capitalism’s inexorable tendency towards globalization.

Capitalism exists to maximize profit, and capitalists do this by stealing as much surplus value as possible from the working class. Eventually, national capitalism develops to a point where production is concentrated in giant monopolies that are controlled by the huge banks that finance them. The finance capitalists who control these banks take state power as well, and they use their economic, political, and military power to take capitalist exploitation to a whole new level. The dominance of finance capital is the key component of imperialism because finance capital begins to look abroad for even greater returns on investment.

Like any other criminal enterprise, capitalism starts out small. The need of a constantly expanding market for its products chases the bourgeoisie [the capitalists—D.P.] over the whole surface of the globe. The cheap prices of its commodities are the heavy artillery with which it batters down all Chinese walls.

Marx and Engels are talking about an earlier stage of capitalism that emphasized the production and export of physical commodities, whereas imperialism focuses on the export of finance capital. Under imperialism, investment capital itself is used to “batter down all Chinese walls” and when this doesn’t work it uses naked political and military aggression to open up a country to capital investment. They want a world in which finance capital based in the powerful developed countries is totally free to move around the globe and make investments that subject workers in the weaker developing countries to forms of super-exploitation even more brutal than “national capitalism. Capitalism is fundamentally a criminal enterprise; it will stop at nothing to extend their global dominance. Resistance against imperialism by the global working class has been a major factor shaping world history since at least the latter part of the nineteenth century. The Russian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Cuban and Nicaraguan revolutions were all victories in the struggle against.

At the end of the Second World War, the United States took on the role. Some major defeats have been Korea, Vietnam, and Cuba. A tremendous victory was the break-up of the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe but the dividends of that victory were squandered on financial scandals and military adventurism.

The U.S has been weakened by the growing economies of China, Brazil and India, the economic depression of 2008 and the huge costs of and poor performance by the U.S. military in the two imperialist wars in Iraq and Afghanistan....and the utter corruption and sheer brutality....

When imperialists fight for survival they always resort to fascism. Fascism has been defined as “the open terrorist dictatorship of the most reactionary, most chauvinistic and most imperialist elements of finance capital.” The movement toward fascism is a sign that imperialism is on its death bed, which in turn opens up opportunities for socialist revolution. This brings us to the subjects of working-class unity and internationalism, the united front against fascism, and the fight for international socialism, all of which will be discussed later.....

Julian Assange was born in 1971 in Townsville, Queensland, Australia.

Reportedly, Julian, together with his mother Claire and his half-brother, spent his childhood fleeing the father of Julian's half-brother.

That father was a member of a cult, called The Family, run by a
Anne-Hamilton Byrne.

Anne-Hamilton Byrne ran her 'child-kidnapping cult' on the outskirts of Melbourne.

"Byrne dyed the stolen children’s hair blonde and fed them LSD." (
Julian Assange of WikiLeaks: “Destroyer of Worlds)

"The
Santiniketan Park Association of Anne Hamilton-Byrne conditioned children with drugs, sensory deprivation, sleep deprivation, torture and ritual sexual abuse in order to produce subjects who bent to the will of the group’s leader." (Wiki of the Damned)

"Assange claims that Australian intelligence has advised him, and there is an apparent link between Australian intelligence and the cult." (
Wiki of the Damned)

Australian intelligence works closely with the CIA, MI6, DIA, AMAN and Mossad...

Assange

"Among those on the receiving end of the cult’s services was Lord Casey, former Governor-General of Australia and the minister in charge of overseeing the Australian intelligence service, with which Assange claims to be connected." (
Wiki of the Damned)

"Another indication of serious institutional support for the cult concerns the participation in their activities of Ronald Conway. One of Australia’s most prominent Catholic intellectuals, Conway appears to have engaged in molestation of children placed in his care." (
Wiki of the Damned)

Anne Hamilton-Byrne acquired fourteen infants and young children between about 1968 and 1975.

Assange was born in 1971. (
"Village of the Damned," meet Julian Assange)

Sarah Moore, a 'daughter' of Hamilton-Byrne, was a victim of the cult.

"Unseen, Unheard, Unknown" is the book by Sarah Moore (Hamilton-Byrne).

Sarah Moore alleges that Sandoz, part of the old I.G. Farben complex, provided the cult with free LSD.

Sandoz bought the family business of 'Swiss Nazi financier' Carl Lundstrom.

One of Lundstrom's endeavors is Pirate Bay which hosts WIKILEAKS, in Sweden.

Wikileaks would appear to be partly the work of the CIA and its Mossad friends?

Israel would like the world to know that it is not just the Israeli military that sometimes murders kids.

Brits and Iraqis do it too, according to Wikileaks.

And the CIA and Mossad want us to believe some rubbish in Wikileaks about the Iranians.

Only Israel "has the penetration of the Department of Defense that would allow this kind of spying."
(LAMEST WIKILEAK SO FAR … IS ISRAEL BEHIND IT?)

"The fact that the supposedly damaging leaks are in fact bolstering American accusations against Iran while minimizing American complicity in Iraqi deaths leads some to believe that the leaks are in fact engineered by the Pentagon to either discredit Wikileaks, or are in conjunction with Wikileaks which is a U.S. government outfit." (
Wikileaks under doubt as “classified” documents substantiate bogus U.S. claims
)

Excellent background on the questionable Julian CIA Assange....

I'm glad to see that not everyone is duped by the patent psyop that is Wikileaks/CIA/DOD/MOSSAD/DIA...

I find the ongoing Punch and Judy show hugely hilarious. Apparently Julian is now fighting with CNN and being framed and hunted by the CIA. A brave man of derring-do who fears nothing for his own life.....LOL

Wikileaks always seems to leak information that's strangely supportive of the DoD's latest objectives, be it destabilizing Pakistan, discrediting insufficiently pro-American Iraqi politicians or implicating Iran in crimes committed by NATO.

You might also mention that a large portion of initial funding was from George Soros's Open Society Institute. Yes, OSI, which was one of the subversive forces behind the Color Revolutions in the post-Soviet republics. Along with the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), and the ever-present Central Intelligence Agency.

Their objective as always is to bring "democracy". Translation: privatization, cartelization, and foreign direct investment (theft) by outside billionaires like, surprise surprise, Monsieur Soros.
Of course, the real objective, as detailed by criminal Zbigniew Brzezinski, was and is the weakening of Russia as a military and economic competitor.

Wikileaks has two other suspicious characters on its advisory board:

1) Wang Dan: winner of the 1998 NED Democracy Award.

2) Xiao Qiang: recipient of MacArthur Fellowship 2001, Executive Director of Human Rights Watch in China, board of advisors for the International Campaign for Tibet.

That is, these gentlemen are involved in the subversion and destabilization of China.

All this spells out a very clear picture.

Wikileaks, despite its hero of the people image, carefully nurtured by the likes of Time magazine, CNN and so on, is very simply a manufactured opposition.
An elaborate limited hangout. And honeytrap for those silly enough to trust it with their whistleblowing.

Bear in mind also that Mr Assange has publicly and vociferously stated that he agrees with the offical 9/11 conspiracy theory, as carefully fabricated by the panel of the 911 Commission, including Thomas Kean.

911 is the keystone of the edifice of lies. And must be protected at all costs.

Yes, the good Julian believes that impressively-bearded men in Afghan caves carried out the attack on Manhattan.

It was not conceived in the RAND, nor the Hudson Institute. Nor did the Project for a New American Century have anything to do with it. Neither was there any funding from the Scaife foundations for these thinktanks. Nor was the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs involved. It of course has nothing to do with control of Middle Eastern and Central Asian oil routes and chokepoints to hamstring China and Russia.

The National Reconnaissance Office and NSA SIGINT/ELINT were not stood down...., as well as NORAD, SAC, and AMALGAM Virgo..., etc.. Nor was US STRATCOM. And the remote avionics of Northrop Grumman were not deployed in exacting maneuvers. Nor was there any precision demolition of the inexplicably well-insured World Trade Center buildings. Nor did Building Seven magically fall into its own footprint.

And of course the US/EU plutocracy had nothing to do with it.

No-one on the boards of the Peterson Institute for International Economics or Partnership for New York City. Certainly no generous donors to Carnegie Hall or the NYC Museum of Modern Art. And definitely the clientele of Kissinger Associates were as innocent as the driven snow.

So why are they doing this?
Simple. They are about to pull the plug on the American Republic and own what remains of it; while still holding the leash of the most vicious war machine by a huge margin ever in human history.

The terrorists who attacked New York will pay for this crime. And much worse besides.

They are liars, thieves and murderers....

Their time is up.

And make no mistake:

They will be burnt alive.....

Did you know that Obama proclaimed October as National Cybersecurity Awareness Month?

By Jim Garamone, American Forces Press Service for DOD

Cyberspace is a new world and a new domain for combat. The Defense Department is working to understand the threats and opportunities that this new domain poses.

Robert J. Butler, deputy assistant secretary of defense for cyber policy, is one of the officials charged with developing defense capabilities in this crucial domain. And there has been progress.

“For the past 14 months, we have been trying to continue to grow [U.S.] Cyber Command and its capabilities, at the same time looking at strategy and policy,” Butler told reporters at the Defense Writers’ Group here today. “We need to find ways to operate more effectively in cyberspace.”

DOD needs new operating concepts for the new domain. The department has done a lot of work in systems, education and training, “and beyond that, things like active defense and new ways of looking at resiliency and new ways to operate in different environments,” he said.

It comes back to the warfighter, he said. The DOD cyber world needs to focus on ensuring warriors can deploy, get the information they need when they deploy, track supplies and personnel and ensure logistics, he explained. They also must remain in contact with neighboring units and the home front, along with a variety of other tasks, he added.

Defense Department officials have reached out to Great Britain, Australia, Canada and NATO to defend against cyber threats that include nations, rogue states, terrorist groups, criminal gangs and just plain hackers, Butler said.

“The focus within the strategy is to go ahead and build partnerships with like-minded nations in the areas of shared awareness, shared warning and collective response,” he said. “As we move forward, we are trying to build capacity at one level, and at another level – interdependence – you are actually laying a foundation for deterring bad behavior in cyberspace.”

Operations in Afghanistan and Iraq – and the trust those operations have built among the coalition – have helped to speed this international cooperation, Butler said.

The threat constantly changes, and the department has to keep on top of this aspect of cybersecurity, Butler told the group. “Every day, people think of new ways to use the Internet,” he said. “As I look at the advent of social networking sites and what that has done, people have learned to use the Internet to not only communicate in traditional ways, but to build new networks that create both opportunities as well as threats.”

The cyber domain is new, and policy has not caught up to reality. Government and private officials are grappling with basics such as what constitutes a cyber attack and who has responsibility to defend against threats. The White House is leading the effort, Butler said, but it is clear that the Department of Homeland Security has the lead inside the United States. The Defense Department has responsibility to defend military networks, and can assist Homeland Security and other civilian agencies when required and ordered.

Who does what and when they do it is under discussion with other government agencies.

“We have our viewpoints laid out, and we’re trying to determine the best way to move forward,” Butler said. “One of the key things is to agree on the taxonomy. We hear a lot of discussion about cyber war and cyber attacks, and there’s legal terminology with hostile intent, hostile acts. Making sure everyone understands the taxonomy is really important.”

Butler credited the Homeland Security exercise Cyber Storm 3 with helping officials think through responses. The national cyber incident response framework exercise, conducted at the end of August, looked at the way the U.S. government and private industry faced a cyber threat.

“We were able to work out what the threat was, what the appropriate response was, who takes action, how do you determine conditions and postures,” he said.

The exercise included federal and state entities, the private sector and international partners. “It was a huge learning experience for the department,” he said.

But no one can stand still, Butler said.

“We recognize as we face this evolving threat that more will be required,” he said. “The question is what kind of hybrid models, what kind of rules, what kind of things do we need to counter a threat that continues to advance? We’ve got congressional support. We got a blueprint, and we’re working on it. -- ###
