Garcia has been linked to Mossad operations in Houston.....

Wilfrido Willie Mata was the IT director for the Harris County, Texas Sheriff's Office until this past May. Mata was fired after he contacted the FBI about Harris County Sheriff Adrian Garcia ordering him to do nothing as an outside hacker penetrated three Sheriff's Department's computer system. Garcia then ordered the IT official not to report the operation to anyone else in the county government. Mata has filed a lawsuit against Garcia for violation of the Whistleblowers Act and wrongful termination.

Garcia also ordered Mata not to conduct a required security audit of the department's computer system in October 2009, which resulted in an investigation by the Harris County District Attorney's Office, which later determined no crime was committed.

After being ordered to take no action as the outside hacker penetrated the Sheriff's Department computer system, Mata went to the FBI, which asked him to wear a wire. In October 2009, Mata informed the Sheriff's Department of his cooperation with the FBI. Mata was then fired.

The involvement of the FBI in the case may indicate a foreign intelligence angle to the outside hacking of the Sheriff's Department's computer system. WMR has previously reported on Garcia's contacts with a certain foreign government, contacts that were viewed suspiciously by Roland "Tony" Carnaby, the former CIA operative and President of the Houston chapter of the Association of Former Intelligence Officers (AFIO) who was gunned down in April 2008 by two Houston police officers on a busy street after a high-speed chase.

On May 23, 2008, WMR reported: "If anyone knew more about Israel's penetration of the top echelons of Houston's city government and police force it was the one-time CIA station chief in Houston, Roland Carnaby, gunned down on April 29 by the very same police department he counted as among his friends.

WMR has learned that Adrian Garcia, a former Houston police officer, former chief of the Mayor's Anti-Gang Task Force, and current chairman of the Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee as City Councilman, paid a trip to Israel during the last few months, a trip paid for by the city of Houston and known to Houston Mayor Bill White. Garcia is currently running for Sheriff of Harris County. The trip to Israel raised a few eyebrows in Houston but Garcia claimed it was necessary and requested by the city. Garcia is a past "consultant" for the US State Department on "policing programs" in Central America. Garcia's trip to Israel is not the only one funded by the city for Houston law enforcement officials.

Carnaby was a frequent visitor to George Bush International Airport, where he often introduced Israeli security vendors and consultants to airport security officials, and NASA's Johnson Space Center."

On July 28, 2008, WMR reported: "Carnaby experienced an unusual incident the night before his death at a Houston restaurant, The Capitol Grille. A man, who appeared drunk carrying an open 'to go' order bag, approached Carnaby and asked him to look inside. Carnaby responded by stating he did not know the man, while, at the same time, reaching for his concealed pistol. The man apologized and quickly left the restaurant and got into a vehicle with diplomatic plates traced to Israel's Consulate General in Houston.

Houston is a center of intrigue for Israeli intelligence activity. Carnaby's associates voiced surprise that Adrian Garcia, current Houston city councilman and candidate for Harris County Sheriff, spent two weeks in Israel earlier this year, paid for by the city of Houston, for totally unknown reasons. Garcia was an acquaintance of Carnaby's, socially and professionally."

On November 24, 2009, WMR ran an additional story about Garcia: "Israel's search for replacement enriched plutonium hit pay-dirt when its intelligence service discovered that the Pantex nuclear facility near Amarillo, Texas, stores enriched plutonium fuel that is 99 percent pure plutonium that does not require reprocessing for another 60 to 90 years. However, the Department of Energy has plans to store much of the nuclear fuel now at Pantex at the very secure Yucca Mountain storage complex within the Nevada Test Site. WMR previously reported that Mossad agents are extremely active at military and nuclear sites in Nevada, including the Nevada Test Site. However, Israeli scientists may have already penetrated the security at the Nevada Test Site through a joint operation with the United States. WMR has learned that U.S. and Israeli scientists are co-testing newer electromagnetic core/pit compression techniques that does not use conventional explosives as the weapon detonator. Instead, the fuel is magnetically compressed. The technique overcomes the plutonium aging issue while allowing for the development of micro-nuclear weaponry.For example, 650 grams of force per square centimeter is all that is required to compress a plutonium core into a critical state. 750 grams is the minimum amount of plutonium that is needed in order to produce a nuclear explosion. One kilogram of plutonium produces an explosive yield equal to one kiloton of TNT.

The Israelis discovered that only U.S. nuclear cores composed of plutonium alloys were ripe for theft at Pantex. The 99 percent plutonium fuel was more well-guarded. Because the older plutonium cores required refrigeration to keep them cooler than 150 degrees, the Israelis used refrigeration trucks to move the cores through the port of Houston and into refrigeration containers loaded on board ships belonging to Zim-American Israeli Shipping Company, a firm with close links to the Mossad. From Houston, the plutonium alloy cores were shipped to Israel and Dimona.

One individual who had the port of Houston under close scrutiny was CIA contractor/informant/source Roland 'Tony' Carnaby. Carnaby had set up a number of video surveillance cameras at the port of Houston and routinely uploaded the stored videos from the camera units to his Macintosh computer. In April 2008, Carnaby was shot to death by two Houston police officers after what was reported to have been a high-speed chase by police. After he was killed, the Houston police took possession of Carnaby's Macintosh computer. WMR previously reported that Carnaby kept Israeli intelligence assets and agents under close scrutiny in Houston and that he had a strange encounter with an Israeli Consulate General official the evening before he was shot. WMR also previously reported on Mossad's penetration of the Houston Police Department and the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Harris County Sheriff Adrian Garcia has visited Israel and is considered close to the Israeli intelligence operation in Houston. Garcia's overall agenda was also never trusted by Carnaby, according to our sources in Houston. Conveniently, security for the port of Houston comes under Harris County and Garcia. Radiation detectors routinely scan containers at Houston for the presence of nuclear materials, hence, it is important for the Mossad to counteract security at the port.

On August 13, 2008, WMR reported: 'WMR previously reported that slain retired CIA station chief in Houston, Roland 'Tony' Carnaby, gunned down gangland-style on April 29 by Houston police after his vehicle ran out of gas, not after a 'high-speed chase' as alleged by Houston police, had a tepid and wary relationship with Israeli intelligence operatives in Houston. Carnaby was contracted to the Port of Houston, as well as the two Houston area international airports, to provide security consultative services. An Israeli firm, Orsus, is currently installing an integrated security monitoring system that will link video surveillance, visitor control, and police dispatch systems to a 24-hour Port Coordination Center. It is known that Carnaby used a number of cell phones to dial into port video cameras to turn them on, stop them, and download captured video data. The Israeli firm was scheduled to begin installation of its system this month.The financial backers of Orsus include ComSor Venture Fund LDC, a joint operation of Comverse Technology, which includes its subsidiary Verint Systems, and Soros Fund Management's Quantum Industrial Holdings Ltd. Other investors in Orsus include Israel's Koor Industries, the leading shareholder of Tadiran, the Israeli defense electronics firm; Cial Industries and Investment, an Israeli holding company; the Cedar Fund, an 'Israeli-related' venture capital firm; Israel Infinity Venture Capital Fund; and Poalim Capital Markets, a subsidiary of Bank Hapoalim, Israel's largest bank.'

Carnaby was, reportedly, working with the FBI on the Israeli nuclear smuggling issue and the FBI office in Houston requested that the Houston police call off their chase of Carnaby. WMR has also learned that one of the Israeli agents involved in the Pantex smuggling is the agent known as "Stinky" by FBI surveillance teams. He is called "Stinky" because of his obeseness and sloppy eating habits. "Stinky" was linked to the clubbing death of CIA missile expert William Bennett in Landsdowne, Virginia, near Leesburg, in March of this year and the assassination of weapons developer Gerald Bull in 1990 in Brussels. Bennett had uncovered evidence that Israel had shared with or sold to China and Russia classified U.S. Patriot missile and stealth technology.

Stinky has been seen in the Amarillo area with a crew from New Jersey and he is believed to have re-entered the United States, after the hit on Bennett, on a false Canadian passport."

Hellerstein ruling provides cover for U.S. intelligence illegal covert operations and extrajudicial assassinations on US soil and worldwide...

U.S. District Judge Alvin Hellerstein's July 15th 2010 decision to deny the American Civil Liberties Union's request to compel the government to release details of the CIA's "enhanced interrogation" methods on 9/11 detainees provides the legal cover for the CIA and other U.S. intelligence agencies to hide their illegal covert methods used abroad and domestically. Hellerstein, who has been one of the most activist judges in denying requests for a full disclosure of government intelligence involving the inside job of 9/11 attacks, wrote in his decision, "Courts are not invested with the competence to second-guess the CIA director regarding the appropriateness of any particular intelligence source or method."

In 2008, Hellerstein tossed out a law suit filed by 9/11 victims' families asking for the debris at the Fresh Kills, Staten Island waste dump to be sifted for the remains of their loved ones so they could receive a proper burial. Hellerstein was obviously worried about what other evidence might be sifted from the debris piles, evidence that would point to more than airplanes bringing down the World Trade Center. In 2009, Hellerstein, again, ruled to cover-up the inside job of 9/11 by dismissing a lawsuit against New York City's Office of Emergency Management for negligence in helping cause the collapse of Building 7 of World Trade Center by permitting diesel fuel to be stored on the roof.

Hellerstein has now given a green light to U.S. intelligence agencies for continued protection from law suits and other sanctions under the guise of national security and the utterly corrupt Deep State in USA and CIA/MOSSAD White House Murder INC,.....

Obama and his four predecessors have continued to violate Executive Order after Executive Order in permitting U.S. intelligence operatives to blatantly engage in assassinations in the US, Lebanon and beyond, coups, and kidnappings. Hellerstein has provided judicial cover for these continued activities by ruling that intelligence sources and methods are more important that U.S. law or prior presidential orders.

Amid the constant fracas of daily political life, it is often hard to see the big picture of power in America (and, for that matter, the world.) In researching my book, Family of Secrets, I came to a fresh appreciation of this big picture, assembling a vast amount of new evidence of the extent to which the visible democratic process has historically been covertly shaped by powerful interests, and how this shaping has gone largely unnoticed and unremarked-upon, right to the present.

My work has been praised by some and attacked by others, but since its publication, new evidence keeps emerging, in bits and pieces, that the public, its elected representatives (and often even presidents too) are being constantly manipulated to support outcomes favorable to wealthy elites.

The latest comes in the New York Times. In an article headlined “Records Show Doubts on ’64 Vietnam Crisis,” Elisabeth Bumiller reports on newly released documents that confirm this.

In an echo of the debates over the discredited intelligence that helped make the case for the war in Iraq, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Wednesday released more than 1,100 pages of previously classified Vietnam-era transcripts that show senators of the time sharply questioning whether they had been deceived by the White House and the Pentagon over the 1964 Gulf of Tonkin incident.

. . .”If this country has been misled, if this committee, this Congress, has been misled by pretext into a war in which thousands of young men have died, and many more thousands have been crippled for life, and out of which their country has lost prestige, moral position in the world, the consequences are very great,” Senator Albert Gore Sr. of Tennessee, the father of the future vice president, said in March 1968 in a closed session of the Foreign Relations Committee.

. . . President Lyndon B. Johnson cited the [Tonkin Gulf] attacks to persuade Congress to authorize broad military action in Vietnam, but historians in recent years have concluded that the Aug. 4 attack never happened. . . .

[T]he transcripts show the outrage the senators were expressing behind closed doors. “In a democracy you cannot expect the people, whose sons are being killed and who will be killed, to exercise their judgment if the truth is concealed from them,” Senator Frank Church, Democrat of Idaho, said in an executive session in February 1968.

. . . At another point, the committee’s chairman, Senator William Fulbright, Democrat of Arkansas, raised concerns that if the senators did not take a stand on the war, “We are just a useless appendix on the governmental structure.”

. . . . In the end, however, the senators did not further pursue their doubts. As Mr. Church said in one session that was focused on the staff report into the episode, if the committee came up with proof that an attack never occurred, “we have a case that will discredit the military in the United States, and discredit and quite possibly destroy the president.”

He added that unless the committee had the evidence to substantiate the charges, “The big forces in this country that have most of the influence and run most of the newspapers and are oriented toward the presidency will lose no opportunity to thoroughly discredit this committee.” [Italics added for emphasis]

Now, having read this, consider what happens when one tries to show how this is an ongoing problem - that those “big forces” Senator Church warned against have been doing much more than creating a false justification for a huge escalation in Vietnam. When I showed the pervasive role of these interests in shaping the American presidency, over decades, people began coming after me. A Los Angeles Times reporter angrily accused me of “paranoia,” and an outside reviewer selected by the Washington Post tried to minimize my work by suggesting that I was “overreaching.” Overreaching? I’d like to know what Albert Gore Sr., William Fulbright and Frank Church would say if they were alive today, about the long-term evidence of constant falsification of events-including, of course the case for invading Iraq, but also the scores of other false stories I lay out for the first time in the book.

Also, consider what the New York Times does not say in this article, and cannot quite bring itself to talk about: That when the military and the president mislead the people, they don’t do it always just on their own. They, too, have other masters to serve. What goes unsaid is about the basic nature of power in America-and ultimately, it leads not to government, with all its strengths and weaknesses, but to the “private sector,” where those “big forces” Frank Church cited can be found. That’s where we need to be looking, but so rarely do.

Ford was part of a four-member team from the 223rd Military Intelligence Battalion assigned to Samarra in 2003.

My hands shook with anger as I read the letter from Lt. Col. Stephenson of Human Resources Command, Washington, DC. It was stated that I had been under the extended care and treatment of a Captain Merle Madera for: Psychosis that occurred while conducting intelligence operations in Iraq, and I was under heavy medication with on-going follow-up treatment. The letter was fabricated, fraudulent, and highly illegal.

So that's how the Intelligence Command was to sleaze out of yet another investigation resulting from Abu Ghraib. It seems that the British government knew that they'd been lied to from stem-to stern concerning the role of psychiatrists in the interrogation/torture of prisoners at Abu Ghraib. I should know.

Just over six years ago. Captain Victor "Sworn Statements" Artiga was pacing back in fourth in the Balad Airbase headquarters of the now-notorious 205th Military Intelligence Brigade, commanded by the now infamous Colonel Thomas Pappas. "Sworn Statements" Artiga was in a foul mood, he'd been kept from his daily siesta, which as a rule took place in spite of on-going operations in the field, agents being shot at, and potential hostage situations. He was now being irritated by a counter-intelligence agent, myself, who had the audacity to insist that he first wake up from his 1400-1600 nap, second, do the job that he was supposed to do in spite of the fact that he had zero intelligence operations training. It was a small detail his immediate commander Lt. Colonel Timmy "Lying" Ryan conveniently overlooked. Captain Victor "Sworn Statements" Artiga only had a artillery background and no human intelligence training, thus he was placed in charge of the largest collection of Counter-intelligence agents the United States of America had collected in one group since World War II.

It made as much sense as when he accused me of having no "honor or integrity." It seems that when I insisted that the torture and abuse stop at Abu Ghraib prison and the police station in Samarra, Iraq, I was hindering intelligence collection, I was labeled a malcontent.

I was given the "You're gone in 30 seconds" warning -- if you don't drop the accusations." Artiga's sycophantic Master Sergeant Veguilla stood by Artigas's left shoulder wearing a smirk on his face, assuming a retraction was coming.

This is where the Abu Ghraib disaster could've and should've stopped, simply and clearly. Disasters always start with the lowest arrogant and self serving denominator possible. Artiga was the right person to initate this disaster. Born in a Central American brass hat junta, where if you want out of your hut and you're a member of the lower caste, you either become a policeman or soldier, a fact I was reminded of as I read a court transcript several years later. The only point-of-pride the country of his birth could claim is a battalion of psychopathic soldiers charging around the countryside killing and torturing at will, indiscriminately hanging children by the scores and now this same individual with pride was dismantling the very inviolate structures of America's system.

"You're not retracting your statements," so your going to see the psych," Artiga said with a very satisfied sneer. It seems the Officer Basic Course had trained him well in the career threat procedure, the "Rabbit Hole" opened wide. The next stop was Captain Merle "write it up, I'll sign it" Madera.

Combat stress was a new idea and Captain Merle Madera was clearly uncomfortable in this position. It appeared I was taking time away from schmoozing and real politicking. With a "throw every lie and fabrication" at me on a memo from Artiga, the DSM-4 evaluation proceeded for a daunting ten minutes and Madera asked, "Where is the guy getting this nonsense?"

I explained that Artiga was doing his best to initiate damage control over war crimes and that if he threw enough at the psych department surely they would "find something wrong with me." She recorded that I was stable and fit for duty on an SF88 and SF93. Whoops, I was given the originals. This was the last and only evaluation I received. That evaluation is now as of my writing this on the way to the: American Medical Association, California Medical Association, and American Psychiatric Association.

Years later, it would seem that every investigater into Abu Ghraib was thoroughly lied to and misled. Officers of the military not only lie but make a career of fine tuning the process. Itseems a complete casefile was fabricated by Merle Madera when Abu Ghraib broke and the British medical magazine Lancetreported psychiatrists being involved in the interrogations process as well as its cover up.

The Air Force medical transport opened it's cargo hatch at Balad. Another potential disaster. The US Air Force was questioning why I was leaving Iraq on their transport with obviously nothing wrong, against all military law and protocol, and leaving a war zone without any orders.

Forty-eight hours before, Artiga was very upset and demanded that Captain Madera follow his orders to interfere with medical protocol and get me out of the country. No matter, since this was an intelligence matter and not a medical issue. Furthermore, with eight witnesses standing there opened-mouthed, Artiga preceded to order Madera to fake a medical evacuation and with tears in her eyes, amazingly, she capitulated to this ranting socio-path.

I flew to Germany sitting next to Madera. She was good enough to tell me the events that led up to this insane abduction. Apparently, Artiga, Ryan, and, especially, Thomas Papas were terrified of what I had to say and the fact that I didn't back down from their threats baffled and enraged them even more. I experienced this first hand when I witnessed Ryan excitedly brief Papas that "they were going to medevac me" and that it should "get rid of the problem." Or, so they thought.

Colonel J. Tsai read my case and asked me with sincerity why I was there sitting in front of him. My letter was in for retirement. Tsai asked how did Madera get the justification for this medevac and what did I see in Iraq that terrified the command so much. I told him the whole story. Tsai asked if I wanted to go back to the command. I replied, do you think I am crazy? "No," Tsai quietly replied, I didn't think so. Tsai ..I'm concluded with, "I
am sending you home, next stop, San Antonio,Texas.

These legitimate psychiatrists weren't that easily fooled by the command-dictated events. Madera was not a psychiatrist after all, which would explain her cowardice and dereliction of duty in the face of a ranting half-wit. Colonel Richard Hathaway read the statement from Major Stuckie, which stated that a fraud was being perpetrated on the medical command by the 205th Intellience Brigade. After a cursory interview of fifteen minutes, Hathaway released his findings to me along with Colonel Tsai's and Major Stuckie's: Their findings which concluded I was stable and an Inspector General investigation into my accusations was warranted immediately.

Department of Defense Inspector General Joe Schmitz would have his hands full trying to cover up, stall and release false press conference statements over the next two years.

Schmitz was eventually fired at about the time that Steven Anthony, who called Schmitz his supervisor would make the statement that "my testimony was not credible" after Schmitz's firing and his subsequent hiring by Blackwater. The global scandal of Abu Ghraib was raging at the time.

My detractors had to lie and cover up atrocities and war crimes. And they relied on a swift boating group of phonies (Veriseal). The flakes and phonies came out of the woodwork like a locust plague. Veriseal armed itself with a raft of Artiga-fed phoney accusations, selectively culled from my classified personnel file.

My attorney, who was informed from moment that the 205th MI abduction was initiating immediately contacted Adjutant General Ayers of the California National Guard and his directions were very clear: I better not come home in a "body-bag." I arrived a few days later safe but the command was still terrified. The WMD that the America invaded Iraq to stop was key -- an incident of my work in Iraq. The British military would expose our whole "terrorist" effort -- 29 missing VX canisters -- air deployable, tertiary component construction -- were located in a bunker on Balad airbase. The"Great Bush Document Purge" had missed the manufacturer, bills-of-lading,and shipment manifest that Hans Blix listed as last of shipment that was still missing. It was found still in packing crates and the Iraqi sources were telling the truth -- "our WMD is really your WMD and we have the receipts in our bunker to prove it. It was very embarassing as I remember Donald Rumsfeld shaking the hand of Saddam Hussein to close the deal before the Anfal campaign against the Kurds was initiated. The command was given one of the dispersant doors from the "mother lode of WMD" cannisters as a memento.

There was still something the command wanted. Strange way of asking for it: abduction, I'm nuts claim, tried to read me my rights, but never go to war without an attorney. Ah! the rub. Several weeks before an impeccable source had insisted that the U.S. removed Hussein from his series of well known bunkers: information came with a 10-digit coordinate series. But one catch, drop the charges against the agents who were directing torture during interrogation and the Command would graciously accept my information. These idiots were worse than the half-wits at Veriseal. The CIA accepted the information and utilized it painlessly and discreetly, thus, I was amused when some moron Army colonel claimed on CNN that he had captured Saddam Hussein.

Thus, with great satisfaction, my attorneys are filing a request for government litigation. Six years later and a lifetime, I truly want to hear the explanation of reports, documents, and un-photoshopped pictures showing in great detail who really was aware of torture at Abu Ghraib, who was behind my abduction (confessions are good for the soul), why we really went to Iraq, who exposed Valerie Plame and for what reason, and the reason my home was burgled twice. All of this in the face of a fresh new investigation by outraged British allies who now know how they were lied to.

Postscript: On July 16, The Independent of the UK reported: "Claims that British soldiers used water torture on a badly beaten Iraqi man before unlawfully handing him over to US interrogators are being investigated by the Ministry of Defence. The troubling case includes the first evidence before a UK court of British soldiers being directly involved in a joint torture operation with US forces . . . Today High Court judges are to clear the way for a court case to force the Government to open a judicial inquiry into all allegations of abuse and torture."

Nine-eleven would not have occurred if the U.S. government had refused
to help Israel humiliate and destroy Palestinian society. Few express
this conclusion publicly, but many believe it is the truth. I believe
the catastrophe could have been prevented if any U.S. president during
the past 35 years had had the courage and wisdom to suspend all U.S. aid
until Israel withdrew from the Arab land seized in the 1967 Arab-Israeli
war.

The U.S. lobby for Israel is powerful and intimidating, but any
determined president - even President Bush this very day - could prevail
and win overwhelming public support for the suspension of aid by laying
these facts before the American people:

Israel's present government, like its predecessors, is determined to
annex the West Bank - biblical Judea and Samaria - so Israel will become
Greater Israel. Ultra-Orthodox Jews, who maintain a powerful role in
Israeli politics, believe the Jewish Messiah will not come until Greater
Israel is a reality. Although a minority in Israel, they are committed,
aggressive, and influential. Because of deep religious conviction, they
are determined to prevent Palestinians from gaining statehood on any
part of the West Bank.

In its violent assaults on Palestinians, Israel uses the pretext of
eradicating terrorism, but its forces are actually engaged advancing the
territorial expansion just cited. Under the guise of anti-terrorism,
Israeli forces treat Palestinians worse than cattle. With due process
nowhere to be found, hundreds are detained for long periods and most are
tortured. Some are assassinated. Homes, orchards, and business places
are destroyed. Entire cities are kept under intermittent curfew, some
confinements lasting for weeks. Injured or ill Palestinians needing
emergency medical care are routinely held at checkpoints for an hour or
more. Many children are undernourished. The West Bank and Gaza have
become giant concentration camps. None of this could have occurred
without U.S. support. Perhaps Israeli officials believe life will become
so unbearable that most Palestinians will eventually leave their
ancestral homes.

Once beloved worldwide, the U.S. government finds itself reviled in most
countries because it provides unconditional support of Israeli
violations of the United Nations Charter, international law, and the
precepts of all major religious faiths.

How did the American people get into this fix?

Nine-eleven had its principal origin 35 years ago when Israel's U.S.
lobby began its unbroken success in stifling debate about the proper
U.S. role in the Arab-Israeli conflict and effectively concealed from
public awareness the fact that the U.S. government gives massive
uncritical support to Israel.

Thanks to the suffocating influence of Israel's U.S. lobby, open
discussion of the Arab-Israeli conflict has been non-existent in our
government all these years. I have firsthand knowledge, because I was a
member of the House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee in June
1967 when Israeli military forces took control of the Golan Heights, a
part of Syria, as well as the Palestinian West Bank and Gaza. I
continued as a member for 16 years and to this day maintain a close
watch on Congress.

For 35 years, not a word has been expressed in that committee or in
either chamber of Congress that deserves to be called debate on Middle
East policy. No restrictive or limiting amendments on aid to Israel have
been offered for 20 years, and none of the few offered in previous years
received more than a handful of votes. On Capitol Hill, criticism of
Israel, even in private conversation, is all but forbidden, treated as
downright unpatriotic, if not anti-Semitic. The continued absence of
free speech was assured when those few who spoke out-Senators Adlai
Stevenson and Charles Percy, and Reps. Paul "Pete" McCloskey, Cynthia
McKinney, Earl Hilliard, and myself-were defeated at the polls by
candidates heavily financed by pro-Israel forces.

As a result, legislation dealing with the Middle East has been heavily
biased in favor of Israel and against Palestinians and other Arabs year
after year. Home constituencies, misled by news coverage equally
lop-sided in Israel's favor, remain largely unaware that Congress
behaves as if it were a subcommittee of the Israeli parliament.

However, the bias is widely noted beyond America, where most news media
candidly cover Israel's conquest and generally excoriate America's
complicity and complacency. When President Bush welcomed Israeli Prime
Minister Ariel Sharon, sometimes called the Butcher of Beirut, as "my
dear friend" and "a man of peace" after Israeli forces, using
U.S.-donated arms, completed their devastation of the West Bank last
spring, worldwide anger against American policy reached the boiling point.

The fury should surprise no one who reads foreign newspapers or listens
to BBC. In several televised statements long before 9/11, Osama bin
Laden, believed by U.S. authorities to have masterminded 9/11, cited
U.S. complicity in Israel's destruction of Palestinian society as a
principal complaint. Prominent foreigners, in and out of government,
express their opposition to U.S. policies with unprecedented frequency
and severity, especially since Bush announced his determination to make
war against Iraq.

The lobby's intimidation remains pervasive. It seems to reach every
government center and even houses of worship and revered institutions of
higher learning. It is highly effective in silencing the many U.S. Jews
who object to the lobby's tactics and Israel's brutality.

Nothing can justify 9/11. Those guilty deserve maximum punishment, but
it makes sense for America to examine motivations promptly and as
carefully as possible. Terrorism almost always arises from deeply-felt
grievances. If they can be eradicated or eased, terrorist passions are
certain to subside.

Today, a year after 9/11, President Bush has made no attempt to redress
grievances, or even to identify them. In fact, he has made the scene far
worse by supporting Israel's religious war against Palestinians, an
alliance that has intensified anti-American anger. He seems oblivious to
the fact that nearly two billion people worldwide regard the plight of
Palestinians as today's most important foreign-policy challenge. No one
in authority will admit a calamitous reality that is skillfully shielded
from the American people but clearly recognized by most of the world:
America suffered 9/11 and its aftermath and may soon be at war with
Iraq, mainly because U.S. policy in the Middle East is made in Israel,
not in Washington.

Israel is a scofflaw nation and should be treated as such. Instead of
helping Sharon intensify Palestinian misery, our president should
suspend all aid until Israel ends its occupation of Arab land Israel
seized in 1967. The suspension would force Sharon's compliance or lead
to his removal from office, as the Israeli electorate will not tolerate
a prime minister who is at odds with the White House.

If Bush needs an additional reason for doing the right thing, he can
justify the suspension as a matter of military necessity, an essential
step in winning international support for his war on terrorism. He can
cite a worthy precedent. When President Abraham Lincoln issued the
proclamation that freed only the slaves in states that were then in
rebellion, he make the restriction because of "military necessity."

If Bush suspends U.S. aid, he will liberate all Americans from long
years of bondage to Israel's misdeeds.

Think of this as part two of Recherche du trillions perdu, my Online Journal article on Dov Zakheim, former Bush appointee as Pentagon Comptroller from May 4, 2001 to March 10, 2004. At that time he was unable to explain the disappearance of $1 trillion dollars. Actually, nearly three years earlier, Donald Rumsfeld announced on September 10, 2001 that an audit discovered $2.3 trillion was also missing from the Pentagon books. That story, as I mentioned, was buried under 9-11’s rubble. The two sums disappeared on Zakheim’s watch.

Yet on May 6, 2004, Zakheim took a lucrative position at Booz Allen Hamilton, one of the most prestigious strategy consulting firms in the world. One of its clients then was Blessed Relief, a charity said to be a front for Osama bin Laden. Booz, Allen & Hamilton then also worked closely with DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, which is the research arm of the Department of Defense. So the dark card was shifted to another part of the deck.

Judicial Inc’s bio of Dov (linked below) tells us Zakheim was/is a dual Israeli/American citizen and an ordained rabbi and had been tracking the halls of US government for 25 years, casting defense policy and influence on Presidents Reagan, Clinton, Bush Sr. and Bush Jr. He is, as I described him earlier, the bionic Zionist. In fact, Judicial Inc points out that most of Israel’s armaments were gotten thanks to him. Squads of US F-16 and F-15 were classified military surplus and sold to Israel at a fraction of their value.

Judicial Inc also points out that Israel, a country of 4.8 million Russian and Polish Jewish émigrés, flies on one of the biggest Air Forces in the world, thanks to Dov. Conflict of interest here? Depends on what you’re interested in. That is, in 2001 Dov was CEO of SPS International, part of System Planning Corporation, a defense contractor majoring in electronic warfare technologies, including remote-controlled aircraft systems, and the notorious Flight Termination System (FTS) technology that could hijack even a hijacked plane and land or crash it wherever.

More from the resume: Wikipedia points out that Zakheim is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and in 2000 a co-author of the Project for the New American Century’s position paper, Rebuilding America’s Defenses, advocating the necessity for a Pearl-Harbor-like incident to mobilize the country into war with its enemies, mostly Middle Eastern Muslim nations.

As to Dov’s hell-raiser lineage, Judicial Inc points out that Grandpa Zakheim was born in 1870, Julius Zakheim (Zhabinka), in the Ukraine, a Russian rabbi who married a relative of Karl Marx. He was a Menshevik/Bolshevik and played a leading role in the 1905 turmoil that paved the way for the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution. The Bolshevik master plan called for the state of Israel, which was chosen for its proximity to the world's oil and an area of religious significance.

Dov’s Father, Rabbi Jacob I. Zakheim was born in 1910 and reared in Poland’s swarm of Zionist hard guys, read assassins and bombers. His Polish town, near Bilaystok, also brought us Yitzhak Shir, and family friends included Menachem Begin and Moshe Arens. Dov’s father was an active member of Betar, formed in 1923 in Riga, Latvia. Its goal was to control the Middle East (and its oil). It was known that the Jewish people needed their own country and they chose Palestine and claimed it a Jewish state “on both sides of the Jordan.”

Betar was in essence a terrorist organization formed because Zionists were sick of being chased from and arrested in country after country. They wanted both a place to escape and a base for their power. Betar joined forces with the Haganah, Irgun, and Stern gangs. With no prospect of a Jewish state in sight, they argued that armed struggle against the British was the only way. Since Britain occupied Palestine and was containing them they went on a blood feast of bombings that killed hundreds of British soldiers. The British pulled out, but the Zionists continue to maul the Arabs to this day.

Returning to Dov: he was born in Brooklyn in 1943 and attended exclusive Jewish schools, spent summers in Israel Zionist camps, which trained the Zionists of the future. As to Dov’s formal education, he graduated from Columbia University in 1970 and the University of Oxford in 1972. From 1973 to 75, he attended the London school of Jewish studies, described as a “Harry Potter” type cauldron; among the subjects Jewish supremacy, Advanced Bible, Talmud, Jewish Mysticism, Holocaust, Anglo-Judaica, and Zionism. After, he was ordained a Rabbi. From 1975 to 80, Zakheim was an adjunct professor at the National War College, Yeshiva University, Columbia University and Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut.

As he stepped into the Reagan administration, he talked them into funding development of the Lavi Fighter at a cost of $3 billion. The Lavi was a total flop and Israel dropped it, though it owed $450 million in contract fees that were cancelled. Israel, according to Judicial Inc, also created a story that China was eager to buy the Lavi. Zakheim convinced Reagan that China had to be sandbagged. Reagan gave Israel $500 million for its lost contracts. Reagan then threw in a wing of F-16’s as a bonus and sign of good will. Do we see a pattern here, personal, familial, career-wise, of over-the-top Israeli advocacy?

Again, during Zakheim’s tenure as Pentagon controller from May 4, 2001, to March 10, 2004, over $3 trillion dollars were unaccounted for. Additionally, military Information was jeopardized and military contractors billed the US for Israeli items: $50 million dollar fighter jets were rated as surplus and the list rolls on. As the scandal of the missing trillion dollars surfaced and Dov resigned, Israel was handed the finest fighter jets in the US inventory while 15 percent of US jets were grounded for lack of parts. In whose best interest was this?

But Dov is not alone. He is one of an elite group of Jewish Americans/Israelis who inter-marry and enter government. They and their Christian counterparts are called neocons and their sole purpose is directing US policy. Most of them are dual citizens and few serve in the US military. Think of Paul Wolfowitz, Elliot Abrams, Richard Perle, Ben Wattenberg, to mention a few. Whether their motivation is anger at the Muslim world, seen as a religious and territorial enemy, or a deep-rooted reaction to the Holocaust, the culmination of European anti-Semitism, their reactionary militarism becomes a world-threatening force unto itself. Hence our concern.

Dov and the World Trade Center

Perhaps not coincidentally in May 2001, when Dov served at the Pentagon, it was an SPS (his firm’s) subsidiary, Tridata Corporation, that oversaw the investigation of the first “terrorist” attack on the World Trade Center in 1993. This would have given them intimate knowledge of the security systems and structural blueprints of the World Trade Center. From the '90s through 2001, WTC Security was handled by Securacom, a Kuwait-American firm, on whose board Marvin Bush, the president’s brother, sat. After 9/11, Securacom was let go, changed its name to Stratosec, and was delisted from the Stock Exchange in 2002.

According to Conspiracy News.net writers Shadow and ‘Pax’ in Dov Zakheim and the 9/11 Conspiracy, (and I suggest you look at this link) “According to the SPC website (4), a recent customer at that time was Eglin AFB, located in Florida. Eglin is very near another Air Force base in Florida-MacDill AFB, where Dov Zakheim contracted to send at least 32 Boeing 767 aircraft, as part of the Boeing /Pentagon tanker lease agreement. (5)

”As the events of September 11, 2001 occurred, little was mentioned about these strange connections, and the possible motives and proximity of Dov Zakheim and his group. Since there was little physical evidence remaining after the events, investigators were left only with photographic and anecdotal evidence.

“There is a photograph of the Flight Termination System module, from their site.(5). Note it has a cylindrical shape, and is consistent with the size and shape of the object observed under the fuselage of flight 175.

“The Boeing lease deal involved the replacement of the aging KC-135 tanker fleet with these smaller, more efficient Boeing 767s that were to be leased by Dov Zakheim's group. The planes were to be refitted with refueling equipment, including lines and nozzle assemblies.”

(Remember both Flight 175, that hit the South Tower, and Flight 11, that hit the North Tower, were Boeing 767s. Flights 77 and 93 were 757s.)

“In the enlargement of flight 175’s photo, we can clearly see a cylindrical object under the fuselage, and a structure that appears to be attached to the right underside of the rear fuselage section.

”When seen in comparison, it is obvious that the plane approaching the Trade Center has both of these structures-the FTS module and the midair refueling equipment, as configured on the modified Boeing 767 tankers. Of particular interest is the long tube-like anomalous structure under the rear fuselage area of flight 175-this structure runs along the right rear bottom of the plane, as it also does on the Boeing 767 refueling tanker pictured.

”After considering this information, I [the author/s] am convinced that flight 175, as pictured on the news media and official reports, was in fact a refitted Boeing 767 tanker, with a Flight Termination System attached. Use of this system would also explain the expert handling of aircraft observed in both New York and Washington investigations, which has been officially credited to inexperienced flight school students.

“Since the refitted 767s were able to carry both passengers and a fuel load, as shown in this photo, it is likely that the plane designated Flight 175 was in fact a refitted 767 tanker, disguised as a conventional commercial passenger plane.

“As shown in this photo of a 767 being serviced, the FTS unit, when in position, would be small and unobtrusive enough to be fairly innocuous (at least to casual observers, such as passengers). The smallest circle indicates the size and position of the anomaly depicted in the photos of Flight 175. The larger circle, which is the size of the engine housing, shows the size of the anomaly in relation to the engine. Note the size and position of the open hatches on the engine housing, which would tend to discredit the widely held theory that the anomaly is an open hatch or cargo door.

“As the . . . diagram shows, all flights involved in the events traveled very near many military installations, and appear to have traveled in a manner suggesting guidance and possible transfer of the control of the planes among the bases.

”Since the evidence from the World Trade Center site was quickly removed, there is little concrete evidence of the involvement of Dov Zakheim, who has since left his position at the Pentagon. However, the proximity of Eglin AFB to MacDill AFB in Florida and Dov Zakheim's work via SPC contracts and the Pentagon leasing agreement on both of these installations, combined with SPC's access to World Trade Center structural and security information from their Tridata investigation in 1993, is highly suspicious. Considering his access to Boeing 767 tankers, remote control flight systems, and his published views in the PNAC document, it seems very likely he is in fact a key figure in the alleged terrorist attacks in New York City on September 11, 2001.”

EDITORIAL RESPONSE TO READERS' COMMENTS:

Coda, a Bitter Frosting on the Cake

Whether or not you agree in whole or in part with these findings, here is an eye-opening article originally from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette by Milan Simonich. It is titled Army unit piecing together accounts of Pentagon attack, and from it comes this striking information in paragraph six . . ."One Army office in the Pentagon lost 34 of its 65 employees in the attack. Most of those killed in the office, called Resource Services Washington, were civilian accountants, bookkeepers and budget analysts. They were at their desks when American Airlines Flight 77 struck.”

Apart from the question of whether it was F 77 that struck the Pentagon, it is more than ironic that accountants, bookkeepers and budgets analysts, the very people who could pick up the financial frauds were struck. Especially since the hit was directed supposedly at the Office of Naval Intelligence.

Nevertheless, Dov is busy at his Booz Allen/CIA job, involved in Strategic Services and who knows what other dark plans as we speak, even as the Middle East is under heavy fire once again from Israel and its fervid ally, the US government.

For those of you who don’t know who Dov Zakheim is, let me refresh your memory. The ordained rabbi served as comptroller of the Pentagon from May 4, 2001, to March 10, 2004, when he resigned to go to Booz Allen Hamilton, a leading CIA cover and consulting firm...

I documented his days before, during and after his Pentagon stint, during which a total of $3.2 trillion went missing from Pentagon coffers, in an article for Online Journal, Following Dov Zakheim and Pentagon trillions to 9-11 and Israel, which you should all read in full.

In fact, the second loss of $2.3 trillion was announced on September 10, 2001, by Donald Rumsfeld and the story was buried the next day under the rubble of 9/11.

News of the dual Israel-US citizen/rabbi’s retirement came to me from a reader in an email that contained Mr. Zakheim’s retirement announcement above the original invitation from his sec EA (Executive Assistant).

“Perhaps not coincidentally in May 2001, when Dov served at the Pentagon, it was an SPS (his firm’s) subsidiary, Tridata Corporation, that oversaw the investigation of the first ‘terrorist’ attack on the World Trade Center in 1993. This would have given them intimate knowledge of the security systems and structural blueprints of the World Trade Center. From the ’90s through 2001, WTC Security was handled by Securacom, a Kuwait-American firm, on whose board Marvin Bush, the president’s brother, sat. After 9/11, Securacom was let go, changed its name to Stratosec, and was delisted from the Stock Exchange in 2002.

“According to Conspiracy News.net writers Shadow and ‘Pax’ in Dov Zakheim and the 9/11 Conspiracy, (and I suggest you look at this link) “According to the SPC website (4), a recent customer at that time was Eglin AFB, located in Florida. Eglin is very near another Air Force base in Florida-MacDill AFB, where Dov Zakheim contracted to send at least 32 Boeing 767 aircraft, as part of the Boeing /Pentagon tanker lease agreement.

”As the events of September 11, 2001 occurred, little was mentioned about these strange connections, and the possible motives and proximity of Dov Zakheim and his group. Since there was little physical evidence remaining after the events, investigators were left only with photographic and anecdotal evidence.

“There is a photograph of the Flight Termination System module, from their site.(5). Note it has a cylindrical shape, and is consistent with the size and shape of the object observed under the fuselage of flight 175.

“The Boeing lease deal involved the replacement of the aging KC-135 tanker fleet with these smaller, more efficient Boeing 767s that were to be leased by Dov Zakheim’s group. The planes were to be refitted with refueling equipment, including lines and nozzle assemblies.”

“(Remember both Flight 175, that hit the South Tower, and Flight 11, that hit the North Tower, were Boeing 767s. Flights 77 and 93 were 757s.)

“In the enlargement of flight 175’s photo, we can clearly see a cylindrical object under the fuselage, and a structure that appears to be attached to the right underside of the rear fuselage section.

”When seen in comparison, it is obvious that the plane approaching the Trade Center has both of these structures-the FTS module and the midair refueling equipment, as configured on the modified Boeing 767 tankers. Of particular interest is the long tube-like anomalous structure under the rear fuselage area of flight 175-this structure runs along the right rear bottom of the plane, as it also does on the Boeing 767 refueling tanker pictured.

”After considering this information, I [the author/s] am convinced that flight 175, as pictured on the news media and official reports, was in fact a refitted Boeing 767 tanker, with a Flight Termination System attached. Use of this system would also explain the expert handling of aircraft observed in both New York and Washington investigations, which has been officially credited to inexperienced flight school students.

“Since the refitted 767s were able to carry both passengers and a fuel load, as shown in this photo, it is likely that the plane designated Flight 175 was in fact a refitted 767 tanker, disguised as a conventional commercial passenger plane.

“As shown in this photo of a 767 being serviced, the FTS unit, when in position, would be small and unobtrusive enough to be fairly innocuous (at least to casual observers, such as passengers). The smallest circle indicates the size and position of the anomaly depicted in the photos of Flight 175. The larger circle, which is the size of the engine housing, shows the size of the anomaly in relation to the engine. Note the size and position of the open hatches on the engine housing, which would tend to discredit the widely held theory that the anomaly is an open hatch or cargo door.

“As the . . . diagram shows, all flights involved in the events traveled very near many military installations, and appear to have traveled in a manner suggesting guidance and possible transfer of the control of the planes among the bases.

”Since the evidence from the World Trade Center site was quickly removed, there is little concrete evidence of the involvement of Dov Zakheim, who has since left his position at the Pentagon. However, the proximity of Eglin AFB to MacDill AFB in Florida and Dov Zakheim’s work via SPC contracts and the Pentagon leasing agreement on both of these installations, combined with SPC’s access to World Trade Center structural and security information from their Tridata investigation in 1993 is highly suspicious. Considering his access to Boeing 767 tankers, remote control flight systems, and his published views in the PNAC document, it seems very likely he is in fact a key figure [if not the mastermind] in the alleged terrorist attacks in New York City on September 11, 2001.”

Especially since the hit was directed supposedly at the Office of Naval Intelligence.”

Returning to the present

Bottom line, Mr. Zakheim was never questioned by the 911 Commission on his activities and beliefs, nor by the Department of Justice or any other government law enforcement or intelligence agency to the best of my knowledge. But one of the websites (located in the UK) in the article that showed the 767 aircrafts was asked by Mr. Zakheim’s lawyers to take down the link. The lawyers said that “the information offended Mr. Zakheim.” Well, his actions offend me.

Unfortunately, libel laws in England favors the complainant versus the USA’s, where the burden of proof of libel rests on the accuser. Even then, Zakheim would need to prove that this was done out of malice rather than informing the public of important information.

So, there sits Mr. Zakheim now, freed of his BAH responsibilities but not of the stigma of this information. And my concern still remains. When is the Department of Justice or a new 911 Commission, the FBI, the CIA, DOD, or someone in any position of power going to sit down and ask Mr. Zakheim about his involvement in the masterminding of 9/11?
