Al Qaeda, run by the CIA and its friends, announced on 28 December 2009 that they were behind the Christmas jet bomb plot.

The CIA said it provided Nigerian Abdul Abulbul with a 'device' but it had failed to detonate because it was not meant to.

A statement posted on CIA-Islamist websites said the attack was to help justify US intervention in Yemen.

The US hopes to counter Russian and Chinese influence in Yemen, and hopes to balkanise Saudi Arabia.

The CIA-Islamist website showed a picture of Abdul referring to him as Patsy al-Nigiri - the Nigerian patsy.

'With the cooperation of Israeli security firms in Amsterdam, he managed to penetrate all devices and modern advanced technology and security checkpoints in international airports bravely without fear of death,' said the website statement.

The 23-year-old has told the FBI he was tutored in terrorism while living for a month with a senior CIA commander in Yemen.

He is said to have warned that other young men are being trained there to advance the cause of US imperialism.

President Barack Obama said: 'We will continue to use every element of our national power to balkanise strategically important Moslem countries.'

In London, Home Secretary Alan Johnson said police were examining whether the son of one of Africa's richest men had been recruited as a patsy by MI5 or MI6 during three years studying engineering at University College London.

The Nigerian is reported to have 'crossed the radar' of MI5 while in the UK.

Abdul Abulbul was on a U.S. watch list, although it allowed him to travel on planes flying into the country.

How did Abdul Abulbul obtain a U.S. visa when he had been on an American watch-list of people with known terrorist connections?

But the deeper and more urgent issue for Britain concerns the key role Britain has once again played in the Pentagon's plans for world domination.

Abdul Abulbul, who claims to have been working for the CIA, was a student at a University in London for three years until 2008.

He was refused an entry visa to Britain earlier in 2009, but only because the institution at which he said he wanted to study turned out to be non-existent.

How, people might well ask, could such a radical have been educated in Britain without the authorities jumping on him?

Presumably he had been recruited by MI5 as a patsy.

Who can be surprised? After all, this is ' Londonistan' - the term coined by the French spooks back in the Nineties as they watched Britain become the central hub of CIA-Islamic terrorism in Europe.

Radicals flocked to the UK, attracted by Britain's toxic lax immigration controls.

CIA-Islamic extremist networks are still allowed to flourish in Britain, largely due to the governing class with its fascist and mafia agenda.

The courts are still refusing to deport terrorists who work for the security services.

London boasts the shameful reputation of the world's top money-laundry for CIA terrorism.

Yet the government refuses to outlaw Hizb ut-Tahrir.

The Government is funnelling money into extremist Islamist groups.

'Authentic' Islam is peaceful.

But the CIA plan is to weaken oil rich Moslem countries by promoting extremism and feudalism.

It used to be the rogue state of Israel that was involved in a clash with liberals and democrats in the West.

Why was there a clash?

1. The Israelis had used terror to drive the Arabs off their land.

2. Some of the Israelis were religious fundamentalists with 'weird, outdated beliefs'.

But, certain clever people in the USA have managed to change the story.

Now the clash is supposed to be between the 'mad Moslems' on the one side and the western liberals and democrats on the other.

3. Have certain western politicians allowed large numbers of poorly educated Moslem illegal-immigrants to enter certain western countries?

4. Did the CIA/Pentagon recruit Osama bin Laden and people like Mohamed Atta?

5. Have some ignorant Moslems been recruited by certain security services to take part part in various dubious activities?

6. Has a 'Jewish influenced' media stirred up trouble between Christians and Moslems?

7. Have large numbers of Moslems allowed themselves to be brain-washed and manipulated?

It is our impression, after visiting half a dozen Moslem countries, that the great majority of Moslems are moderate, tolerant, hospitable people.

Moderation, tolerance and hospitality can evaporate under pressure.

The Palestinians have had their land stolen and their children murdered - hence the vote for Hamas. Most Palestinians are not fundamentalists!

The CIA gave Iran the dictatorship of the Shah and then the dictatorship of the Ayatollahs.

The Iraqis had the CIA agent Saddam Hussein imposed on them and then they had their country manipulated into a war against Iran. More recently, a relatively secular Iraq has become a more fundamentalist Iraq.

The CIA has helped keep pro-western governments in power in Morocco and Algeria. This has encouraged moderate Moslems to turn to fundamentalist politicians.

The Americans have kept the Saudi monarchy in power.

The CIA toppled Indonesia's Sukarno and Suharto.

4."The fanatical warrior offering his victims the choice of the Koran or the sword is not only untrue, it is impossible."

5."Generally speaking, Muslim tolerance of unbelievers was far better than anything available in Christendom."

Edward Said considered that Lewis failed to see Moslems as a whole lot of different sorts of people.

In a 2002 interview with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Noam Chomsky claimed that Lewis failed to point out that "there's a perception in (the Middle east) that the United States supports status quo governments, which prevent democracy and development" and that this has to do with Middle East oil. WMR has learned from a veteran member of the White House Press Corps that the Obama administration has made it known through White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs and other White House Communications officials that certain questions posed by the reporters who cover the White House are definitely off-limits. On the banned list are any questions about Obama's post-Columbia University employment with Business International Corporation (BIC), a global financial and political information company that WMR previously reported was a front for the CIA.

White House Press Corps members have been quietly told that any questions related to BIC, Obama's withheld records while he was a student at Occidental College in Los Angeles from 1979 to 1981, or his records at Columbia, are forbidden. At the same time he was attending Occidental, Obama, using the name Barry Soetoro and an Indonesian passport issued under the same name, traveled to Pakistan during the U.S. buildup to assist the Afghan mujaheddin. WMR has learned from informed sources in Kabul that Obama has been extremely friendly, through personal correspondence on White House letterhead, with a private military company that counts among its senior personnel a number of Afghan mujaheddin-Soviet war veterans who fought alongside the late Northern Alliance commander Ahmad Shah Masood. The firm is also involved in counter-insurgency operations in Colombia, where Obama is building seven new military bases, and Iraq.

In 1981, Obama spent time in Jacobabad and Karachi, Pakistan, and appeared to have an older American "handler," possibly a CIA officer. WMR previously reported that Obama also crossed the border from Pakistan and spent some time in India. At the time of Obama's stay in Pakistan, the country was being built up as a base for the anti-Soviet Afghan insurgency by President Carter's National Security Adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski and later by President Reagan's CIA director William Casey.

Obama has suspiciously refused to release his transcripts from Occidental or Columbia University and he has remained cagey about his post-Columbia employment with BIC.

The word from the White House Press Corps is that if anyone were to ask Obama about BIC or possible past CIA work, domestically or abroad, the offending reporter would see a quick pulling of the White House press credential.

Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab, the University College London student from Nigeria accused of trying to detonate a mixed liquid-powder device on a Northwest Airlines/Delta Airbus 330, flight 253, as it approached Detroit from Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport on Christmas Day appears to have received some special treatment from security at the Amsterdam airport. The Mutallab case also resembles that of another attempted plane bombing, that of the hapless "shoe bomber" Richard Reid....Fool me once, twice, thrice, shame on you. Fool me a fourth time . . ..

It has also been revealed that Mutallab is the son of Alhaji Umaru Mutallab, the former chairman of First Bank of Nigeria. According to This Day of Lagos, the elder Mutallab claims he reported the extremist views of his son to Nigerian security agencies, as well as to the U.S. embassy in Abuja, yet no attempt was made to prevent the radically-inclined Nigerian student to board the plane in Schiphol. The attempted plane bomber was schooled at the British International School in Lome, Togo and attended college in London and moved to Egypt and Dubai. The elder Mutallab is a frequent visitor to the United States and he is married to a Yemeni woman. The elder Mutallab is also close to Nigerian President Alhaji Umaru Musa Yar'Adua, who is recovering from an unspecified illness in Saudi Arabia. Mutallab and Yar'Adua are both members of the Old Boys Association of prestigious Barewa College, which counts among its members the elite of Nigeria, including former head of state Yakubu Gowon, former President Alhaji Shehu Shagari, Sultan of Sokoto Alhaji Muhammad Sa'ad Abubakar III, and Emir of Zazzau Alhaji Shehu Idris. Mutallab serves as the President of the Old Boys Association, seen as the "Eton of Nigeria."

There have been calls by the Nigerian opposition for the Vice President of Nigeria to assume presidential duties as required by the Constitution when the president is incapacitated.

The younger Mutallab has been linked to an "Al Qaeda" plot to destroy the American airplane over Detroit.

For a number of years, passengers at Schiphol flying to the United States have been subjected to intense grilling by security personnel linked to an Israeli firm. In fact, these procedures were in effect even prior to the 9/11 attacks and many were put into place after the Pan Am 103 bombing in December 1998. U.S.-bound passengers at Schiphol are asked a number of personal questions, including where they have stayed either in the Netherlands or in their country of origin. Hotel receipts are routinely requested by security personnel and the addresses of private temporary residences are recorded. Mutallab boarded a KLM flight in Lagos for Schiphol where he transited for his onward flight to Detroit on Northwest/Delta.

Six months prior to Reid's near shoe bombing of American Airlines flight 63 from Paris to Miami in December 2001, while memories of 9/11 were still fresh in everyone's mind, Reid attempted to board an El Al flight from Schiphol to Tel Aviv. Reid was taken aside by El Al security and identified as a terrorist suspect. Reid paid for a one-way ticket with cash and would not reveal what he planned to do in Israel. However, rather than turning Reid into Dutch security for further action, he was allowed to board the El Al flight by Israel's Shin Bet security so his movements during his five days in Israel could be monitored. Six months later, Reid attempted to ignite his shoe on the flight from Paris to Miami. Israel had not informed British, American, or any other security agency of the concerns about Reid. Reid's aunt, Claudette Lewis who raised Reid in south London, was quoted as saying she believed her nephew had been "brainwashed."

Reid later said El Al failed to detect that he had explosives in his shoes on the flight to Tel Aviv, an amazing revelation considering the Israeli airline's tight security.

The bombing of Pan Am 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland; the attempted shoe bombing of American Airlines 63; and the near catastrophe involving NWA/Delta 253 while on final approach to Detroit all occurred on or around Christmas at the height of travel season.

The links between El Al security and Mossad are extremely close with abundant cross-pollination of senior personnel back and forth.

The security company that allowed Reid to board American Airlines 63 at Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris was ICTS (International Consultants on Targeted Security) International. ICTS's senior management are all ex-Israeli security officials, many of whom worked for El Al security. In 2003, ICTS's chairman, Ezra Harel, and director Menachem Atzmon were detained and questioned by police in a criminal investigation of Harel's business dealings. Harel was accused of paying bribes to Israel Electric Corporation (IEC) director Dan Cohen, an Israeli attorney who subsequently fled to Peru, for a lucrative contract involving Harel's company Rogosin Industries and IEC. The illegal deals involved off-shore entities created by Cohen in the Channel Islands, Velsheda, CN, Cusley International Ltd. and APK Ltd. and Cobalt, an entity created by Harel to launder money through Bank Leumi in New York. Harel and Atzmon were also involved in a questionable deal in acquiring the port of Rostock, Germany through an entity called Kent Investment Holding Ltd. Atzmon operated through a number of entities, including Harmony Ventures, BV, Albemarle Investment, Ltd., and Seehafen Rostock, the company that was managing the operations of the port of Rostock.

ICTS's president was Lior Zouker. Zouker stepped down in 2004. Harel, who started ICTS in 1982, retired in 2003 and was replaced by Elie Housman. Harel, a U.S.-Israeli dual citizen, died shortly after retiring. Harel for years had used Delaware-based corporations to conduct his worldwide business activities while his Israeli banking partner, Atzmon, was based in Zurich.

It was ICTS that largely developed the passenger "profiling" procedures used at Schiphol and other airports around the world through its subsidiary, ICTS Holland Products BV.

A significant shareholder in ICTS is an entity called "Everest Special Situations Fund LP" of Platinum House, 21 Ha'arba'a St.. Tel Aviv. According to Securities and Exchange Commission filings, the Everest entity is also financially linked to Metro One Telecommunications of Beaverton, Oregon; Simon Worldwide, an advertising firm in Los Angeles; Gyrodyne of New York City, a non-residential building operator; and Concord Camera Corporation, which, significantly, was headquartered at 4000 Hollywood Boulevard, Presidential Circle, 6th Floor, North Tower, Hollywood, Florida. On September 11, 2008, SEC records show that Everest in Tel Aviv sent the following correspondence to Concord Camera's CEO and President Ira Lampert via Federal Express and fax:

"Dear Mr. Lampert: As you know Everest Special Situations Fund L.P. (we) owns approximately 7.29% of the outstanding capital stock of Concord Camera Corp. (Concord or the Company). During the past year, through multiple written letters, an in-person meeting and numerous telephone conference calls with management, we have expressed our deep concern over the future of the Company and provided our views on ways to maximize shareholder value. Unfortunately, despite your assurance that our serious concerns were being promptly addressed in a meaningful way, it appears our concerns and suggestions have fallen on deaf ears. The Company has not provided us with or implemented any substantive responses regarding the significant concerns we have raised, including:

*	the Company's disastrous operational performance, including 17 consecutive quarters of losses;

*	the Chief Executive Officers excessive compensation;

*	the Company's significant holdings in illiquid auction rate securities and how it intends to liquidate these positions; and

*	the inadequate response of the Special Committee of the Board as to why after 2 years it still has not suggested any strategic alternatives for the Company.

As we have repeatedly suggested, in order to maximize shareholder value, the Company should immediately begin a liquidation process and accept our offer to assist in this process. For all the reasons listed above and in our other public letters, we have lost faith in the ability of the Company's current Board and management to carry out a liquidation. If the Company had any intention of liquidating, management should have already communicated with the Company's clients in order to lead a prompt and orderly process which would maximize collection of the Company's account receivables and help the Company and its clients plan ahead. As management has not done so, shareholders can only reasonably draw two conclusions:

*	management is looking to entrench itself and not pursue a liquidation; or

*	management is not capable in carrying out a liquidation.

We demand that the Company immediately modify the Board of Directors composition to add representatives of the Company's shareholders to assist with and accelerate a liquidation or sale process. If the Company does not promptly meet our reasonable demand, we will not hesitate to enforce our rights as shareholders to seek Board representation or take any other actions which we deem appropriate. Specifically, we intend to nominate a slate of directors with experience in liquidations and sales processes at the Company's next annual meeting of shareholders and intend to take all necessary steps to maximize shareholder value immediately following the election of our slate.

On October 31, 2008, Concord Camera, which specialized in disposable cameras, announced its liquidation. According to Federal Election Commission records, Lampert, who appears as a trustee of the Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation of Miami Beach, had contributed to the campaign of U.S. Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz, a Florida Democrat who is strongly pro-Israel. Metro One had provided Directory Assistance Services for Nextel, Cingular Wireless, and AT&T Wireless. The following is an excerpt from a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) report on the suspicious pre-9/11 activities of Israeli "art students" in the United States:

"At approximately 1:26 am on 3/27/01, S/A's arrested Eran LIVNI, an Israeli male, Aran OFEK, and Israeli male, and Michal GAL, DOB 8/10/79, POB: Afula Israel, I&NS #A75-894-941, an Israel female in apartment 216. OFEK and GAL were recognized by FPS S/A Stokes as having been interviewed by FPS subsequent to attempting to sell paintings at the DEA Dallas F.D. on Regal Row. LIVNI admitted to the S/A's he had engaged in attempting to sell art. Also present in apartment 216 were Noam GAVRIEL an Israeli national, and Netta Kritzman, a U.S. citizen. Personal belongings were retrieved from apartment #259 for OFEK and GAL. Three other Israeli nationals were encountered in apartment 9259, however, they were not found to be in violation of I&NS status and not arrested (nor identified in the report).

AMDOCS is an Israeli communications software company, based in the U.S. at 1390 Timberlake Manor Parkway, Chesterfield (St. Louis), MO 63017-6041, telephone number 314-821-3242. AMDOCS is traded on the NYSE under DOX. On April 17, 2001, AMDOCS released a statement that he had signed a five-year outsourcing agreement with BellSouth. AMDOCS also lists an address of #1 Bell Plaza, St. Louis, Mo, which is the address for Bell South. AMDOCS also has a seven-year outsourcing agreement with Nextel Communications, a provider of digital wireless telecommunications services. Under this agreement, AMDOCS will provide Nextel with a comprehensive billing and customer care information software and support services. The president of AMDOCS in Texas is identified as Boaz DOTAN, address: 23 Abba Hillel, St. Ranat Gan, Israel. Treasurer is listed as Beverly A."WHITMAN, SSN: 400-88-4097. Secretary is listed as Gregory CHRISTOFFEL, SSN: 389-52-8560 at 91 Bell Plaza, St. Louis, MO.

Aran OFEK stated that his father was a retired two-star general in the Israeli Army. (NFI). (ISP note: Israel recently launched its 5th spy satellite, identified as the OFEK 5. It is unknown if the name of the satellite and these persons is related.)

Michal GAL was subsequently held on a $10,000 cash bond. The bond was placed by Ophir BAER, DOB: 11-11-56, an Israeli male on a nonimmigrant H1B1 class visa. BAER was petitioned to work in the U.S. by AMDOCS, Inc. on Sept. 7, 1999, which was valid from Dec 10, 1999 to Sept 30, 2002. The visa was issued in Tel Aviv. BAER listed his address as 7845 La Cabeza Drive, Dallas, TX 75248 with telephone numbers (home) 972-392-0473 and (work) 214-576-5741, SSN: 627-70-0979. BAER also is identified with an address of 1125 East Campbell Road, Richardson, TX. BAER's SSN is also identified with a John BAER and Annie BAER at the 7845 La Cabeza address. BAER stated he was a relative of GAL. On the bond papers, it was reflected that GAL would be staying at 22 Palisade Terrace, Edgewater, NJ 07020 Tel: 201-224-0797 / 210-310-3521. A cashier check #0001594012 from Bank of America in the amount of $ 10,000 was posted."

A number of the Israeli "art students," in addition to some of the alleged 9/11 Arab hijackers, also resided in Hollywood, Florida, the headquarters of Concord Camera, which attracted the ire of Everest Special Situations Fund exactly seven years to the day from the 9/11 attacks.

ICTS is also linked with Israeli espionage against the United States. An ICTS board member, retired Major General Amos Lapidot, served as commander of the Israeli Air Force and authorized Israeli Air Force Colonel Aviem Sella, operating under official cover at the Israeli Consulate General in New York, and Rafael Eitan, head of LAKAM, an Israeli military technical intelligence gatherer, to accept U.S. Navy intelligence official Jonathan Pollard's offer to spy for Israel.

ICTS International, headquartered in Amstelveen, Netherlands, is also involved in providing various security controls at Schiphol airport. ICTS has a major presence around the world in airport security with contracts at Hong Kong, Bangkok, Suva, Auckland, Singapore, Macau, Chicago O'Hare, London Gatwick, Newark, Los Angeles, and Belfast. In 1999, Detroit airport abruptly canceled its security contract with Argenbright Security Inc. and replaced it with Huntleigh of St. Louis. Huntleigh had recently been purchased by ICTS. In December 2001, Huntleigh/ICTS screeners at San Diego International Airport placed a dummy "test" grenade in the carry-on baggage of an unwitting Chicago-bound passenger. Huntleigh/ICTS also provided "security" at Boston's Logan Airport on September 11, 2001.

In June 2009, ICTS was reportedly teetering on the brink of bankruptcy and was attracting a number of potential buyers.

The Wall Street Journal reported that the IL-76 cargo plane detained on December 11 along with a Ukrainian and Belarusian crew at Bangkok's Don Muang Airport en route from North Korea was destined for Tehran with a consignment of North Korean weapons. However, WMR has learned from informed Asian intelligence sources that Tehran was not the final destination for the North Korean weapons. The weapons were destined for Sri Lanka and Ukraine.

Iran's chief nuclear negotiator Saeed Jalili has denied any Iranian link to the weapons seized in Bangkok. The denial comes at the same time that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadiejad has condemned as a forgery a two-page Farsi document pointing to alleged Iranian development of nuclear weapons. The Bangkok incident and the forged Iranian document suggests that the disinformation campaign against Iran is reachng levels to that waged against Iraq and Saddam Hussein in the months before the U.S.-led attack on that nation.

The cargo plane used to transport the weapons from North Korea was chartered by an intricate web of CIA front and pass-through companies registered in New Zealand, Hong Kong, Vanuatu, Georgia, British Virgin Islands, and Sharjah. The Air West Georgia plane is owned by Overseas Cargo FZE of Sharjah and was leased to SP Trading of Auckland, New Zealand. The IL-76 was previously owned by a Kazakhstan-based company linked to international weapons smuggler Viktor Bout, now imprisoned in Bangkok while the United States appeals a Thai court decision not to extradite him to the United States. Bout has flown charter missions for the Taliban, Al Qaeda, the United Nations, the CIA, and the U.S. Department of Defense. Bout apparently knows enough about U.S. intelligence operations, including 9/11-related information, for him to be a threat to the CIA.

The operation to smuggle weapons from North Korea was a CIA sting operation, conducted with the assistance of Mossad assets in Azerbaijan, where the IL-76 stopped en route to North Korea from Ukraine, and Georgian and Ukrainian intelligence. The North Koreans responded favorably to the request from Sri Lanka for arms because the two countries have been close allies in the Non-Aligned Movement. There is also a possibility, according to our sources, that the IL-76 picked up weapons in Azerbaijan while en route to Sri Lanka, Bangkok, and North Korea.

One of the organizations that served as a "source" for the Wall Street Journal's disinformation about Iran being the final destination for the North Korean weapons, TransArms of Chicago, is, according to our sources in China and Japan, linked to White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel. The only other time TransArms, a non-governmental organization, has surfaced in the main stream media in the recent past has concerned its reports about the smuggling of weapons to Hamas in Gaza.

Chinese intelligence sources report that the "sting" operation conducted against North Korea and Iran appears to have been part of a plan by the CIA to resurrect the pro-U.S. "GUAM" alliance of Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, and Moldova. All four countries are now led by governments put into office by elements associated with George Soros and his Open Society Institute/Foundation.

If things were as they seemed, then the most powerful military force that the world has ever seen would have had no trouble defeating Afghan or Iraqi tribes, or the already decimated military of Saddam Hussein. But things are not as they seem on the nightly news; in fact, most things prove to be the exact opposite of how they are portrayed. In a country like America (and sadly, most countries want to be like America), the people prefer to believe whatever they are told.

No one questions now, nor did they at the time these things occurred, why American military forces performed in the following unprofessional, illogical manner—they consistently refused to contain the forces they fought against in any encounter (never closing the back doors) and they always stopped fighting just short of victory, allowing their enemies years to rebuild their forces while American soldiers were restrained from finishing the enemy to become instructors. Continuing the Iraq and Afghan wars was more important than winning or ending them; continuing the wars was “winning” them in the lexicon of the Empire-builders.

In the greatest fraud ever perpetrated upon any force of patriotic fighting men in the history of the human race, over two-million men and women have been sent to fight and die in wars where victory was never possible, by government mandate. This has been a hallmark of America’s wars, set by the first Pres. Bush in his Gulf war. No useful assets like Saddam Hussein (or the Taliban, for that matter) can be eliminated in our wars of conquest. We are only interested in reeling-in those who think that they are beyond control, restoring the balance of power, the balance of terror.

It is imperative that the still free citizens of the world understand that their own leaders consider the continuation of America’s wars more important than anything else in the world right now. Every leader on the world stage has a financial stake in our war, although there is, no doubt, an element of threat in the equation, as well. If we prevail, then their rewards will multiply exponentially. Nothing less can explain how all of them could sell-out their own people for the opportunity to sign deals with the United States, or worse, how they all cover up crimes committed by American agencies.

The American war is not about fighting terror; that is just the most convenient excuse for the many criminal events that our governments have planned for us all. We fight to advance a new American order, one without resistance to the Empire’s designs. Everyone who can go along with these plans and get along (doing as they are told) is guaranteed a better lot in the new order than those who resist. Anyone in the way of those designs is branded an extremist or a “terrorist,” who must be taken out of the way.

The one nation that potentially has more to gain from partnering with the United States than any other compromised nation is India. The economic explosion that India has experienced over the past decade is a direct result of its new partnership with American interests. The globalist “outsourcing” solution has directly transferred millions of jobs and countless industries to India, resulting in an equivalent loss of American jobs. (The same can be said of China—the decades of economic boom it has experienced was a conscious transfer of American jobs and wealth to China—the “Walmart solution.”).

India has special roles to play in the Empire’s plans, on many different levels. Beyond the scientific and economic partnership is the US/India military partnership. This extends beyond the obvious visible manifestations of this partnership to the secret covert level. It is here in the septic tank level of international relations that India is dirtying itself in unbelievable ways, in order to fulfill what is required of it in this partnership. Considering the CIA’s resounding success in persuading ISI men to aid in terror within Pakistan, it is not outrageous to suspect that the same thing is happening inside India.

India and the US are walking a dangerous line, accusing Pakistan for false flag attacks (that were probably their own handiwork), all the while running mercenaries inside Pakistan. If it is proven that the CIA has been running ops against the Indian government, then it is probable that Indians are part of the plan.

Evidence of both adversarial agencies is evident in the person of one captured spy, Daood Gilani, a.k.a. David Headley. Mr. Headley is a known asset of the CIA and the DEA, but he has also been trained by Pakistan’s premier terror outfit, Lashkar e-Taiba. He will be charged for the planning of the Mumbai attack, thus implicating the American government in that attack. In addition, testimony of two of the men captured after the Mumbai attack testimony suggests that Headley was possibly a colonel in one of India’s agencies, or perhaps the Mumbai police force. Will prosecuting Headley for the attack implicate Indian players, possibly drawing-in RAW and the military?

It is difficult to see how India can pursue real leads in their Mumbai investigation (other than their usual anti-Pakistani propaganda) without exposing their own responsibility in that false flag attack upon mostly Indian citizens. Even though US, Israeli and British sources of the attackers are indicated, in addition to the Pakistanis, a central element of the Mumbai attack was the elimination of Hemant Karkare, chief of the Mumbai Anti-Terrorist Squad and his associates, in order to cover-up the Indian hand in previous false-flag attacks against Muslims within India.

The US maintains a delicate balancing act; using India to anchor its Asian operation and to provide an economic boost to its own stability, while the CIA pits RAW and ISI against each other in Pakistan and Afghanistan. In the case of Headley, you have the reverse situation, where Pakistani assets are developed to be used in a “false flag’ attack upon India by a consortium of agencies, which included Indian assets, intended to implicate Pakistan. In Pakistan, you have the same set-up with the TTP, the Pakistani Taliban, where Pakistanis are helping Indians and Americans by hurting other Pakistanis.

It is the contradictions seen in all false flag ops that make them appear absurdly impossible; they are dependent upon key players, “patsies,” committing acts of treason against their own homelands. It is a phenomenon seen in all anti-state agency operations, from the Kennedy assassination to the attack upon Mumbai—the contradictions make them seem impossible, but in reality, it is the inherent contradictions that make “big lie” ops work.

Since late 2000, the term “al Qaida” has been used to blame attacks upon terrorists associated with Osama bin Laden, although the bulk of the attacks attributed to this militant movement have been the work of the international mercenary/militant CIA forces.

Drafting India and RAW into this exclusive international terrorist order was a brilliant move, that presented the “false flag” think tanks with a wide range of staging opportunities. The destabilizing mission planned for the sub-continent and all of Central Asia required active collaborators in every targeted state, to stage the attacks and battles required to incite war hysteria and to agitate for the revenge attacks that are necessary to fuel the war cycle against the “Islamist” perpetrators of the terror attacks.

By seducing India with economic incentives and promises of thermonuclear technology needed to overcome deficiencies in its arsenal, the United States has acquired a new economic lifeline, as well as the means to proceed with its own nuclear tests (through India), thereby ducking the political heat for the apparent hypocrisy of conducting nuclear tests while trying to eliminate nuclear arms. India is to serve as an American anchor, to help hold the subcontinent, while land is pacified ahead of the pipeline construction crews.

Indian authorities don’t seem to have a problem with American intentions or covert actions in the region. Until the Headley incident popped-up there were no Indian voices critical of American foreign policy. Since then, Indian reporters are suggesting the unthinkable—that Headley is a double agent for both Pakistan and the US. One brave analyst goes so far as to suggest that he is a “quadruple agent.”

It will be interesting to see where the Headley investigation goes, now that it has broken through the Western filters and burst onto the traditional media. You can be certain that everyone will be trying to sweep it all under the rug. The best that we can do here in Internet world is to keep digging to expose the roots of the corruption, and doing our best to funnel key pieces of evidence through that hole in the filters.

The Hindustan Times is reporting what WMR exposed last year: that the CIA's fingerprints, not those of "Al Qaeda," were on the deadly terrorist attacks in Mumbai. The Indian paper reported the following on December 20: "Did the Americans have detailed advance information about the 26/11 plot which they did not share with India, only passing on a watered-down warning? And was there an American spy within the Lashkar-e-Tayyeba [LeT] who kept Washington (or Langley) informed of terror acts planned against India — even if this information was never handed over to us?"

WMR provided a "yes" response to the Hindustan Times's question on December 4, 2008: "WMR has learned from Asian intelligence sources that one of the accused masterminds of the gangland assault on Mumbai, the soft-spoken but extremely dangerous exiled Indian mobster and one-time Bombay local street tough, or 'dada,' Ibrahim, was a key 'unsavory' ally of the CIA and Cheney in the war against 'Al Qaeda.' In fact, Ibrahim's dalliances with the CIA go back to the Afghan mujaheddin war against the Soviets and coincide with the CIA's alliance, at the time, with Osama Bin Laden . . . Ibrahim, according to our sources, played an important part in Cheney's and Rumsfeld's 'shadow war' after 9/11. It was Ibrahim, for example, who used his criminal network to track down the killers of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl in Pakistan. Ibrahim's men were also used to provide protection for Afghanistan's Hamid Karzai in Pakistan and Afghanistan, especially when the Afghan frequented gay brothels in Pakistan. Ibrahim's enterprises, called 'D-Company,' ensured that U.S. supply ships in the Arabian Sea were protected from attack, that the U.S. embassy in Islamabad was not targeted for terrorist attack, arranged for reasonable port fees to be assessed for U.S. ships in Dubai in support of the Iraq war, that U.S. sailors and contractors in Dubai were protected, and that all the kickbacks for Cheney's Halliburton and other U.S. contractors were properly laundered through Dubai banks. Ibrahim's network also ensured that the land route from Karachi to Afghanistan allowed U.S., Indian, and other nations' goods to move into the landlocked country unimpeded."

On December 1, 2008, WMR reported: "As first reported by WMR while the corporate press was uttering the 'Al Qaeda' bogeyman as likely behind the terror attacks on Mumbai, the Press Trust of India (PTI) is now confirming WMR's initial report that Pakistan- and Dubai-based criminal syndicate boss Dawood Ibrahim's gangsters handed over the weapons and explosive material to Lashkar-e-Taiba (LET) terrorists to carry out the assault on targets in Mumbai."

Pakistani-American David Headley, aka Daood Gilani, who was an agent for the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and, reportedly, the CIA, was arrested in Chicago and charged with involvement in the Mumbai attacks and the planning of others in India and Denmark. U.S. authorities are denying Indian law enforcement authorities access to Headley. Headley, according to The Times of London, tried to pass himself off as Jewish in India. Many investigators now believe that the DEA affiliation was merely a CIA "official cover" for Headley.

The Hindustan Times has provided more details of Headley's relationship with the CIA: "When Headley was first arrested, the Americans declared that they had foiled a
plot to kill a Danish cartoonist. Then, more details began to trickle out. The
terror suspect, we were told, was a US citizen of Pakistani origin. He had some
links with the LeT. He had visited India. He may have been part of an advance
team for 26/11. Indian investigators, intrigued by these reports, flew to Washington to meet Headley. They were denied any access to him. They tried to work out if Headley
was in fact somebody they themselves had been looking for. They had asked the
CIA if it had any information about an American who, their sources had told
them, was part of the LeT. They received no real cooperation."

The Hindustan Times also presented a likely scenario for Headley: "In the aftermath of 9/11, the US was desperate for spies it could sent into Pakistan. Headley was sprung from jail and asked to infiltrate terror groups. Assisted by the US government (new passport etc.), he worked for the LeT using his American passport to gain access to places where he would normally have been treated with suspicion if he had revealed his Pakistan roots.
He came to Bombay not just to check out the Taj but do a recon of Nariman House.
He posed as an American Jew and sent back detailed reports. Along the way, he
revealed details of the 26/11 plot to his American handlers. The US was caught
in a bind. If it told us everything, the LeT would know that Headley was the
source and his cover would be blown. Yet, it could not sit by. So, it
compromised by giving us some intel about the attack that could not be traced
back to Headley. And Headley continued to operate as a US asset inside LeT."

The U.S. arrest of Headley was championed by the Obama administration as a "success" in the war against terror. In reality, President Obama, who has his own ties to CIA activities in Pakistan in the early 1980s, is merely trying to cover up yet another CIA link to terrorist attacks. Mr. Obama could easily wear a "false flag," instead of a U.S. flag, on his lapel.

In 2004, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) revealed that a member state had violated its Safeguards Agreement by carrying out covert uranium conversion and enrichment activities and plutonium experiments for more than two decades. The nature of some of those enrichment activities, moreover, raised legitimate suspicions of interest in a nuclear weapons program.

The state was found to have lied to the IAEA even when the authority began investigating these suspicious activities, with the country concerned claiming that its laser enrichment research did not involve any use of nuclear material.

If that sounds like a description of Iran's troubled relationship with the IAEA up to 2004, that's because it bears striking resemblance to it. In fact, it is a description of the deception of the IAEA by the government of South Korea.

There was just one major difference between the South Korean and Iranian cases: Iran never enriched uranium at a level that could only represent an interest in nuclear weapons - but South Korea did.

Yet the IAEA treated Iran as a state to be investigated indefinitely, after failing to give South Korea even a slap on the wrist.

Even more remarkable is the fact that the two cases were the subject of IAEA reports issued within the same week in November 2004.

Three months before the report on its nuclear activities was published, South Korea admitted to doing everything in violation of its Safeguards Agreement that Iran was found to have done up to 2003.

In the early 1980s, South Korea carried out uranium conversion in a facility that was kept secret from the IAEA. It also secretly extracted plutonium from a hot cell, and had carried out at least 10 covert uranium enrichment experiments from 1993 through 2000 using undeclared natural uranium metal.

South Korea used 3.5kg of natural uranium metal for its unreported enrichment experiments; Iran used 8.0kg of natural uranium for the same kind of experiments.

But by the far most important finding by the IAEA was that, during a series of covert experiments in uranium enrichment using atomic vapor laser isolate separation (AVLIS) in 2000, Korean scientists enriched the uranium to 77%. South Korea finally admitted that experiment in its August 2004 declaration to the IAEA.

"Not only did they have an undeclared uranium-enrichment program, but they were actually making something close to bomb-grade, so you have to conclude someone wanted to develop a capability to make nuclear weapons," said David Albright of the Washington-based Institute for Science and International Security after the Korean violations were revealed.

Despite covert activities that could only be reasonably interpreted as evidence of an intention to develop nuclear weapons, however, Seoul was given what amounted to a free pass.

After its August 2004 confidential admission to its covert activities, South Korea mounted an aggressive diplomatic offensive, aimed at avoiding any legal consequences.

First, South Korean officials put pressure on IAEA Director General Mohamed ElBaradei not to disclose the enrichment in his report to the Governing Board. The South Koreans threatened to undermine ElBaradei's reelection bid, according to a November 25, 2004 Washington Post story.

ElBaradei was well aware that South Korea's ally, the George W Bush administration, was seeking to oust ElBaradei because of his refusal to conform to US policies toward Iraq and Iran.

Meanwhile, the Bush administration made no secret of the fact it wanted the IAEA Board of Governors to call for Iran to be reported to the UN Security Council.

US officials understood that the South Korean covert enrichment and other violations were, if anything, worse than those of Iran. At least some officials were prepared to support a resolution in the IAEA Governing Board to send Korea's case to the Security Council in order to establish a precedent that could then be applied to Iran, according to the Post story.

But the British, French and Germans were negotiating with Iran on an agreement under which Tehran would maintain its suspension of uranium enrichment, and they were threatening to send the Iranian file to the Security Council if Iran did not agree.

Given those negotiations, ElBaradei felt no need to write a report that would be the basis of a resolution from the IAEA Board of Governors in late November 2004 to refer the South Korean case to the UN Security Council.

ElBaradei's November 11, 2004, report on South Korea confirmed that enrichment had gone as high as 77% but did not raise the obvious question of whether its covert nuclear activities had been military-related.

It recounted without comment the South Korean authorities' explanation that both the plutonium and uranium enrichment experiments had been "performed without the knowledge or authorization of the government".

Given the fact South Korea admitted the covert uranium enrichment was carried out by no less than 14 government scientists, an IAEA investigation was obviously in order. But the report gave no hint that there was any need to find out who authorized it and why.

In effect, ElBaradei's report on South Korea effectively eliminated the issue from the agency's agenda.

Three days after the report, Iran reached agreement with the Europeans on a voluntary suspension of enrichment and more negotiations. Since there was no chance of getting the Iranian case referred to the UN Security Council, Secretary of State Colin Powell told the South Koreans at a meeting in Chile that the United States was now prepared to "accept Seoul's explanation" for its covert enrichment to bomb-grade levels.

That clearly signaled that the United States had decided against a resolution to send the South Korean case to the Security Council after the European agreement with Iran.

The subject of South Korea's violations of its Safeguards Agreement was never raised again at an IAEA meeting. In 2007, an IAEA Safeguards report said the agency was "able to clarify all issues relating to past undeclared activities".

It offered no explanation for the enrichment to bomb-grade levels and the obvious official falsehoods surrounding the activities, or for its own acquiescence in it.

In contrast to ElBaradei's lack of curiosity about the obviously suspect official South Korean explanations for its bomb-grade enrichment, his report on Iran, issued four days later, concluded that it would "take longer than in normal circumstances" to "conclude that there are no undeclared nuclear materials or activities in Iran".

The report suggested the IAEA would continue to pursue what it called "open source reports relating to dual use equipment and materials" in Iran. That meant that any technology, no matter how innocent, would now be treated as evidence of an Iranian covert nuclear weapons program.

The double standard of treatment of the South Korean and Iranian cases implied that the United States had hard intelligence that Iran had exhibited an interest in nuclear weapons, whereas South Korea had not.

However, the closest thing to such evidence in US possession was a set of documents of uncertain provenance and authenticity.
On the other hand, nuclear physicists working in the Korean nuclear program, who had been recruited by the CIA, had reported in the mid-1970s that South Korea was carrying out a clandestine nuclear weapons program.

The stark contrast between the treatment of the Iranian and South Korean cases by the IAEA Secretariat and its Board of Governors is the most dramatic evidence of a politically motivated nuclear double standard practiced by the agency and its Governing Board, dominated by the United States.

And as the episode showed, that double standard essentially reflected the political-military interests of the US government.

Israel had detailed advance knowledge of the 9/11 hijackings. Israeli intelligence knew precisely when the attack would be launched - almost to the minute[1] -- and knew precisely which targets would be struck. But Israel left the U.S. completely in the dark. The Israelis knew - but we did not. The Israelis knew the targets and precisely when each hijacker would strike - what, when, and where.

How did they know? Israeli spies here in the US had identified and located at least nine of the hijackers by late spring of 2001. They knew where the hijackers-to-be lived. They monitored their conversations and movements. The Israelis were positioned to pinpoint the day of the attack, as soon as the hijackers themselves had finalized the choice of date.

The hijackings could have been nipped literally in the bud. But the Israelis covered for al-Qaeda. They watched, but kept mum.

The Israeli spies were uncertain as to how many other such hijackings were planned, but there was no doubt concerning the ones they had located. The Israelis' net in Florida was fine-meshed with respect to the four hijackings which did take place. Amongst the nine conspirators whom they had flagged, were included four of the pilots who actually flew on that fateful day.

The affair of the "dancing Israelis" in New York exposed already on 9/11 that Israeli intelligence knew exactly what to expect. Three young Israeli spies, working out of a warehouse in Weehawken, were set up to videotape the attack before it took place. They knew "what and when", and they also knew the best spot from which to film the World Trade Center - Liberty State Park. The park is directly across the Hudson River from the park and offers a clear unobstructed view of the WTC. That choice itself indicated careful advance planning for exploiting their advance knowledge of the hijackings[2]

The US's long-term ally abandoned us. Our "partner in the war against terrorism" defaulted. 3,000 people died unnecessarily. If Israel had shared with us the results of its surveillance operations, those lives could have been spared. The Israelis' profilings and ID's were sufficiently precise that the hijackers could have been caught at the boarding gates - but only if the Israelis had alerted us.

The Israelis knew -so why did they leave the US in the dark? Israel has been a long-term ally. It shares the US' concerns for the war against terrorism. Where was any hint of gratitude for hundreds of billions of dollars in subsidies and aid. Or where was there any thanks for the two times that the US rescued Israel from launching nuclear wars?

The answer is crass and simple. Asked to comment on the attacks, Benjamin Netanyahu, Finance Minister and former Prime Minister, inadvertently blurted out the reason: "It is very good!" There followed an embarrassed pause. He added: "Well, its not good, but it will generate immediate sympathy for Israel"[3] Minister Netanyahu's blundering candor was characteristic and unintended, but cold-bloodedly precise. The Israelis' political calculus was impeccable. 9/11 was "good" for Israel's cause.

The Village Voice was equally blunt and clear: "Now support for Israel in America is officially absolute." The attacks dramatically inflamed anti-Muslim and anti-Arab sentiments in the US, long a cornerstone of Israeli policy. Israel won a free hand in the Occupied Territories and at least 9 billions of dollars more in aid. A once-in-a-lifetime political and propaganda bonanza would have been squandered if they had exposed al-Qaeda's plot.

The Israelis knew the hijackers' plans because they had tracked down most of them and watched them around the clock. The al-Qaeda conspirators had migrated towards southeastern Florida, starting in late 2000 and early 2001. Indeed, ten of the hijackers were closely clustered together around the towns of Delray Beach and Hollywood, north of Miami. Their locations are marked with crescents on the state map of Florida.

And the Israelis had tracked them down, like hunters following the spoor. The known safe houses of the Israeli agents cluster in the same towns - a most improbable coincidence. These are marked with Stars of David. The Israeli agents set up shop in Hollywood and its vicinity because that is where the hijackers had congregated. They ringed and bracketed the flats or motels used by the hijackers. Having found prime suspects, the Israelis settled in to watch and listen.

It was no coincidence that the hijackers themselves were concentrated in Florida. What magnet drew them there? It was not the beaches or the humid climate. The hijackers-in-training were drawn by the number and variety of flight schools. It was logical that they concentrate there because they were planning an aerial assault and wanted to hone their flying skills.

"There are more flight schools per capita in Florida than anywhere else in the country", commented Terry Fersome, president of an association of flight schools. Indeed there are more than fifty, and most are located along the southeastern coast of Florida between Palm Beach and Miami. And the area hosts several private, full-scale "Level Six" simulators -- the gold standard in trainers for the Boeing 757's and 767's -- which can be rented by the hour.

But the noose was even tighter. The Israelis did not merely pursue the hijackers to the same towns. They squatted around them in the same neighborhoods within those towns. The map of Hollywood itself highlights that intimacy. For example, the hijackers used an address at 3389 Sheridan St. The first of the Israeli safe houses was but a few blocks away, at 4220 Sheridan St.

The second location which the Israelis used was 701 South 21^st Street. This bracketed most of the motels or apartments used by the hijackers, which facilitated monitoring room bugs which the Israeli specialists had planted. A third was on Pierce Street, further encircling the Arab suspects.

The hijackers had two locations somewhat farther away from their mail drop- an apartment on 1818 Jackson St., just a few blocks from the Israelis' location on 21^st Street. And, secondly, they had rooms at the Bimini Motel at 1600 N. Ocean Drive, along the beach. They used additional addresses in Hollywood at 418 South Federal Highway, 1600 N. Ocean Drive, 1861 North Federal Highway, 1816 Harding Street, 1754 South Young Circle, and 2501 N. Ocean Blvd. The hijackers' pads are marked with crescents on the map. In the months before 9/11 they seemed to lead a semi-nomadic life, moving about frequently and changing flat-mates, but staying in the same area.

This clustering of hijackers and Israeli spies cannot be pure coincidence. They came together in the very same town - one of tens of thousands of towns in the US. And, within that town, they were crowded together within a radius of circa 2 miles. Eight of the hijackers had quartered themselves in Hollywood -almost one-third of the group, and the Israelis with foreknowledge had swarmed around them.

How did the Israeli team converge on the clutch of hijackers in Hollywood? And how did they manage to do it so early in the game? There are three possible explanations. First, there is the theory that the Israelis were actually involved in planning and running the show - a "false flag" operation. While there are precedents enough for such operations by the Mossad (and other intelligence services), including the notorious "Lavon affair" which the Israelis directed against the US, there is no evidence thus far which would support this tempting interpretation.

Second, the Mossad may have had a passive mole planted in one of the groups, who reported, but otherwise was not proactive. That would have enabled them to focus surveillance more quickly and more narrowly. Here, too, is a precedent at the expense of the US. It is claimed that the Israelis knew of the bombing of the Marine barracks in Beirut in 1983, thanks to a passive mole, but remained silent and did not warn us.

The most probable explanation, however, is the combination of a lucky intercept with doggedly good detective work. Having spotted "Mr X" with a specific reference to a plan or plotters, they were then in a position to work backwards and forwards through "Mr. X's" circle of contacts. This involved sifting through endless hours of taped conversations in various languages or dialects - which requires the patience of Job -- but the Israelis have 50 years of experience in such surveillance work against Arabic-speaking targets.

The FBI's watch list, which was leaked, showed very few "intersections" or overlaps among the hijackers. For example, only two of the hijackers were reported to have sojourned in Hamburg, which was and is a hotbed of Islamic activity. [6] There, anti-Israeli and anti-American militants are concentrated in a handful of mosques and Islamic centers. These are under such close surveillance by all major intelligence services that the watchers may outnumber the watched.[7]

Penetrating this particular group posed an additional obstacle because of their backgrounds. Many of them were closely knit, making penetration by a mole especially precarious.[8] More than a half dozen all came from the Baha, a poor and isolated area on the escarpment of the Central Arabian plateau. It lies some 100 kms south of Ta'if., in a region which had tasted few if any of the benefits of Saudi oil wealth. The denizens all knew each other, or knew of each other, so early bonding was easy and important. Many belonged to the same clan (the Ghamad) or related sub-clans. Such groups are likely to consort only amongst themselves - much less gregarious than urban Saudis of their generation.

But the Israelis had one asset to exploit. The plotters' technical planning may have been brilliant, diabolically so, but their tradecraft was fatally primitive. First, they broke repeatedly the cardinal rule of any cell-based conspiracy. No one in one cell should know or recognize anyone in other cells. This slows - but does not eliminate - penetration by the adversaries' counter-intelligence units. Instead, this gang lived together, traveled together, and - as best one can tell - socialized together. Finding one meant finding most.

Second, they were chatterboxes. They talked too much. An extreme example is Marwan al-Shehhi's boast to a Hamburg librarian: "There will be thousands of dead. You will think of me.", specifically mentioning the WTC in a conversation in April/May 2000 . He continued: "In America something is going to happen. There will be many people killed."[9]

They had other stakeouts, although that in Hollywood was the best documented and the most concentrated, reflecting in part that they were still seeking other links. An address for Hani Hanjour (the pilot of AA 77) in Miramar, Florida was bracketed by two Israeli safe houses, one in Sunny Isles and the other in Hollywood. In Irving, Texas, where the agents were based, the Israelis had a house at 7535 North Beltline Road and one of the hijacking suspects was on the same street at 4045 North Beltline Road. Finally, they had two locations in Plantation[10] and another in the town of Tamarac, between Hollywood and the other cluster of hijackers in Delray Beach. Given the concentration of suspects in and around Delray, it is curious that no safe houses closer were noted in the DEA report.

The Israelis knew what was being planned - they knew because they had enough of the group under surveillance that they could follow their plans and preparations as they evolved. But they did not tell us. They protected al-Qaeda by remaining silent.

Notionally they did "warn" us. Late in August Lt. Gen Shaul Mofaz had sent a cryptic warning about a pending terrorist attack to George Tenet at the CIA, who commented that it was much too vague to be of any use. Carl Cameron, on the Fox News broadcast (which was quickly suppressed) noted that his sources described the Mossad's warning as:

"....nonspecific and general, and they believe hat it may have had something to do with the desire to protect what are sources and methods in the intelligence community"[11]

Hume added: "[it] wasn't lack of a warning, the problem was lack of useful details." It was, however, an ingenious gambit by the Mossad. They were able to claim credit for the tip, yet they omitted any of the details which might have helped the U.S. to abort the attack.

Thus while America slept the Israeli agents watched and listened and waited, but did not give a usable hint to us of what was going to happen in spite of foreknowledge.

I think some background regarding the turf war between CIA and the Neocons of Cheney's White House cabal and his minions in the Pentagon is relevant here. People seen continually under the false notion that the CIA is a monolithic intel org, with everyone on the same page, and is responsible for all the black ops in the world today.....?

There had been developing conflict between CIA traditionalists (Team A) and their Neocons (Team B). Cheney and Rumsfeld, both of whom did not trust CIA, removed CIA's hawkish Noecon analysts and administrators to the Pentagon under the Office of Special Plans, OSP, where they could work unhindered by opposition. It was out of this office that the notorious intel concerning Iraq was manufactured and cherry-picked, as well as coordination established with Mossad at the Israeli Embassy and with Ahmed Chalabi of the Iraqi National Congress.

In the immediate wake of the Iraq invasion, with NYT's Judith Miller in tow by Ahmed Chalabi, CIA raided Chalabi's office in Baghdad, confiscated his computers and accused him of being a double agent serving Iran. The accusation by CIA may have been a ruse as a courtesy to OSP, but at the same time it served notice to the Neocons that CIA was onto their operations against them vis-a-vis the outing of Valerie Plame and the related Neocon attack on her husband, former Ambassador Joseph Wilson. Furthermore, while CIA's move against Chalabi may have provided a modicum of cover for OSP's smuggling of nuclear technology to Iran as a manner of setting them up for the next planned invasion; more importantly, it served as a cautionary challenge by CIA to the Neocon's recklessness in the intelligence underworld.

So why would a CIA agent who died in 2005 not know about the collaboration with Mossad of Cheney and his cabal of Neocons in the specific instance of 911 and the "pulling" of WTC 1, 2 and 7? Because CIA was being cut-out of Neocon contrivances under the auspices of Cheney, that's why...?. When their agents began speaking out and raising hell about Tenet's taking the fall and blaming CIA, Cheney initiated a purge against them.

But the turf war is not over. In fact, it proves true that Obama has CIA connections and that Rahm Emanuel is connected to Mossad, it indicates the possibility of more and more rapprochement..... This is factual, it serves as another lens through which to look at US and Israeli government intrigues in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, ASIA, the Far East, Australia and Latin America.

In an interesting confluence of CIA activities and the energy industry, it is noteworthy that Andre Le Gallo, a former official of the CIA's Operations Directorate and a corporate intelligence official for the now-defunct Enron Corporation, has penned a novel titled "The Caliphate." Echoing typical neo-conservative propaganda angles, the book features a radical Islamic group bent on re-establishing a borderless Muslim empire, the Caliphate, and uses terrorism and assassination to achieve its goals. Not surprisingly, the American hero of the book who strives to thwart the plans of the evil Muslims is named Steve Church.

Le Gallo served as the National Intelligence Officer for Counterterrorism at the CIA. He has also served as Visiting Scholar at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University.

Former CIA Director and chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, Porter Goss, wrote the introduction to Le Gallo's novel. Goss was forced to resign from the CIA after he was implicated in a number of scandals, including the bribery and contract fraud surrounding his Executive Director, Kyle "Dusty" Foggo.

In "Jaded Tasks," the editor wrote about the presence of Le Gallo and fellow ex-CIA agents at Enron and the cabal of ex-CIA officers and individuals like Zalmay Khalilzad, former U.S. ambassador to Afghanistan and Iraq, and Hamid Karzai, current President of Afghanstan, that permeated a number of energy companies closely connected to the Bush-Cheney administration and were connected to the negotiations with the Taliban prior to 9/11 for the Central Asian gas pipeline:

"Another company involved in the CentGas pipeline was the now-defunct Enron, a company that defrauded billions of dollars from its stockholders, employees, and business partners. As with Halliburton and AALC [Armitage Associates LC], a number of former U.S. intelligence officers turned up on Enron’s payroll. The firm had at least three ex-CIA agents on its payroll. These included Andre Le Gallo, who later became a business intelligence consultant based in California, and David M. Cromley, a former CIA clandestine services officer who served in civil-war ravaged Somalia and Liberia and who, after serving as Enron’s chief competitive analysis officer, went to work with three other former CIA/Enron officials at Secure Solutions International. The company was formed from the remnants of the security division at Enron after the financial collapse.

There were reportedly secret meetings held between Enron and the Taliban in Tashkent on September 7, 1996 (also attended by representatives of the Uzbek government and UNOCAL) and at the Houstonian Hotel in Houston in the spring of 1997. Prior to the Tashkent meeting, the sum of $10 billion was moved from a Cyprus bank through Barclay’s Bank in London, and on to Enron in Houston. Saudi financier Adnan Khashoggi, the Saudi billionaire arms dealer and veteran of the BCCI and Iran-contra scandals, reportedly attended the 1996 meeting in Tashkent.

Frank Wisner, who served on Enron’s board, used his links with the CIA station chief in New Delhi (while he was ambassador to India in the mid-1990s) to secure Enron's acquisition of the Dabhol power plant. Wisner assured that Enron would be guaranteed $30 billion in revenue from the government of Maharashtra state, with about half of that net profit. During his stint as the U.S. ambassador to the Philippines from 1991-1992, Wisner clinched Enron the contract to manage two Subic Bay power plants. Wisner's father was a CIA agent who committed suicide in 1965 after a career that included assisting the overthrow of democratically elected governments in Iran and Guatemala. Another Enron director was Henry 'Pug' Winokur, who, from 1988-1997 was Chairman of Dyncorp, a favorite CIA 'carve out' contractor in Latin America, the Balkans, and Africa. Ken Lay, himself, had ties to the intelligence community when he worked in the Pentagon during the Vietnam War."

Secure Solutions International continued to work for Enron even after the energy giant filed for bankruptcy. Its tasks included guarding the Dabhol power plant in India. Secure Solutions, headquartered in Houston, was led by John Presley, a former FBI agent who served as Enron's director of corporate security. In addition to four former CIA officers, the AP reported that Secure Solutions also had a former investigator for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection on its payroll.

Enron shredded hundreds of thousands of documents during the Fall of 2001 after the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) revealed it was investigating Enron for possible fraud. The shredding occurred twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and even over Christmas.

In June 2006, Secure Solutions was awarded a $2.5 million contract by the General Services Administration (GSA) in Auburn, Washington for "mission oriented business integrated services." The company also specialized in advising wealthy families on prevention and response to kidnappings. One of the leading underwriters of kidnapping insurance policies for oil company executives and employees traveling abroad was AIG....i.e. the CIA.....

WMR's Asian intelligence sources strongly suspect that an Ilyushin-76 cargo plane seized in Bangkok on December 12 transporting 40 tons of North Korean weapons was a CIA sting operation designed to obtain, using a "front" airline and regular arms smuggling route, the latest North Korean weaponry available for purchase on the black market.

The IL-76 plane was registered in the Republic of Georgia, a close military ally of the United States and Israel. The IL-76, tail number 4L-AWA, has a history that is emblematic of planes used for smuggling weapons. Earlier this year, the plane was sold by East Wing, a "private" airline in Kazakhstan, East Wing, which was formerly known as GST Aero and was accused of involvement in arms smuggling -- particularly to Eritrea, Somalia, and India -- and banned by the European Union and Bahrain -- sold the plane in October to Beibarys, another Kazakh airline. The plane was then sold to Air West Georgia and was re-registered in the Republic of Georgia. The flight number of the IL-76 while flying through Bangkok was AWG 732. The plane has also been associated with Asia Wings JSC of Kazakhstan, which also flies to Hanoi.

The firm that chartered the company to fly the weapons from Pyongyang, North Korea is a New Zealand company called SP Trading Ltd. of Auckland. SP Trading also does business in Ukraine. SP Trading is part of a larger firm called GT Group, a firm incorporated in Vanuatu.

GT Group's website states the firm "is dedicated to providing an extensive range of offshore company services for privacy, legal tax avoidance, asset protection, financial independence and freedom." In addition to New Zealand and Vanuatu, the company has offices in Samoa (Samoa International Company, Inc.) and the Cook Islands (Cook Islands International Company, Inc.). The Vanuatu subsidiary, Vanuatu International Business Company, registers yachts and boats under the Vanuatu flag.

"GT" appears to stand for Geoffrey Taylor who also is the main shareholder of Vicam of 369 Queen Street in Auckland, the same address that houses the offices of SP Trading and GT Group. Taylor has brokered the sale of Azerbaijani oil to New Zealand via two firms, Sumato Energy Group, Ltd. and Vicam (Auckland), Ltd. Taylor has also been involved with two other firms, Petromobil Ltd. and Sunseeker Energy (Australasia), Ltd., solar power equipment company that has operations in New Zealand, Australia, Norfolk Island, and Lord Howe Island.

Of the IL-76's five-man crew arrested by Thai authorities at Bangkok's Don Mueang Airport, four were carrying Kazakhstan passports: Alexandr Zrybnev, Viktor Abdullayev, Vitaliy Shumkov, and Ilyas Issakov. The fifth, pilot Mikhail Petukhou, was in possession of a passport from Belarus.

When Thai authorities seized the weapons, reportedly after a "tip" from U.S intelligence sources, the plane was discovered to have a false cargo declaration stating the plane was carrying oil drilling equipment, a rather strange export from North Korea, a non-oil producing or exploration nation. Instead, the plane was found to be transporting rocket-propelled grenades and launchers, missile tubes, surface-to-air missile launchers, military spare parts and other weapons. Thai authorities stated that the U.S. intelligence sources that tipped them off stated that the final destination for the cargo was "sensitive information." Thai authorities claimed the military cargo would be "destroyed" but the crates and boxes were trucked to a secure warehouse at a Thai air force base in Nakhon Sawan province outside of Bangkok.

The IL-76 landed at Hostomel Airport, near Kiev on October 13, reportedly without any cargo, and flew to Baku, Azerbaijan on December, 8 and onward to the United Arab Emirates (reportedly Sharjah), landing in Bangkok on the morning of December 12 for refueling. The plane took off for Pyongyang and after picking up the weapons landed back in on Mueang, Bangkok at 4 pm on December 12. The plane's onward destinations from Bangkok were reportedly Colombo, Sri Lanka and Ukraine. WMR's Asian intelligence sources believe that the CIA knew the plane was planning to pick up weapons in North Korea and may have even chartered the aircraft and arranged a deal to purchase the North Korean weapons through shadowy front companies to both embarrass the North Koreans and discover what was being sold on the global weapons black market.

After the plane was seized in Bangkok, dubious sources reported that the plane was en route to Pakistan, Afghanistan, or an unnamed "Middle Eastern" country, such as Iran, to deliver its weapons.

The IL-76's most recent owner, Air West Georgia, has close links with the same ownership, to Sun Air, a privately-owned airline headquartered in Khartoum, the capital of Sudan, which runs service to Nyala, the largest city in war-torn Darfur.

The "arms-napping" operation against North Korea came just days after the US Special Envoy to North Korea, Stephen Bosworth, announced, after a three-day trip to Pyongyang, an agreement to restart six-party talks with North Korea. The covert operation to seize the North Korean weapons put the planned talks at risk.
